Instructions were not clear about meeting site. We went through the line and got inside before finding out we needed to meet outside a block away. Introduction by tour guide good but not sure it was worth extra $

Managed to use it for a lot of visits over 3 days & made a saving, easy to use, skip the queue which was time saving, lovely guides all speak good English. Very enjoyable.

A true skip the line service. Liked that we got the tour guide’s presentation up front then were able to look around at our own pace. This is a beautiful place and one you can be in and out in 45 mins.

No organization, no arrangement. It's just online ticketing, machine ticketing, and security check, but they made it so complicated. No headphones, no service, just shouting the whole time.

This tour was oversubscribed with 83people! Took nearly 45 mins to check everybody. Then we had to queue as the guide left us alone in the queue while he founded out what was going on while other tours guides went in with their group then coming back and not even apologising , once inside we didn’t see him again so we had to go around on our own.
Extremely disorganised and a waste of money as we still had to queue up anyway not skipping any lines and no tour guide to tell us about this place
Extremely dissappointed as I used viator tours before and have been first class.

Complete waste of time DO NOT BOOK. The tour guide disappeared without giving us the tickets, so some of us had to call the operator directly to get an entry QR Code. "Skip the line" means stand in another line for over an hour (1 hour and 6 mins to be precise). Do not waste your time on this, just get the skip the line ticket on its own.

Good tour to purchase if you want to skip the lines. For us it was worth it the day we went because it was raining heavy and we didn't have to wait in line for hours to purchase a ticket. The other advantage is that the tour guide will give you an explanation of the history, facts about this site however, they do not accompany you throughout. Hence, the 4 stars. Basically they bring you in through another shorter line, you go in, get information and then you are free to tour on your own as much as you want.

I don't think a guide is necessary for this specific destination. The line moved fast with an regular ticket purchase and the guide only spoke for about 15 minutes before we were given free time.
