We greatly enjoyed our ride. Our pilot was very skilled, and we have no complaints. The staff were also very nice even though we showed up a few minutes late.

Excellent ride. The staff was knowledgeable and skilled. Had an amazing view of the mountain of Montserrat from a distance. They took us upto 1.2 km height.
Feedback - Tour description is bit misleading. Ride is over Manserrat town, away from Montserrat city/ mountain. Not over Montserrat at all.
Also, area does not have toilet facility. This is bit difficult for females.

Wow!!! This was the experience of a lifetime. We flew over the pre pyranees mountains over canyons and along cliffs. I've been hot air ballooning before and I can confidently say this was the best experience of all! I felt safe but also the ride was exciting, the team so fast in set up and professional. They even packed us a little snack and did champagne after the flight. Trust me you need to try this! Thank you Kon-Tiki team!

We booked this trip whilst visiting Barcelona, I booked on the Viator app and my booking was confirmed a day later. I received all the information via email, including my tickets, times, meeting/drop off points & cost etc. Tuesday morning we met the staff at the pick up point at 6am, where we were driven to Montserrat where the hot air balloon was waiting for us. We didn’t have to wait long until the balloon was up and we were in the air. The balloon ride itself was such a smooth ride, beautiful views and then we went above the clouds which was an experience I can’t explain, it was so peaceful up there, breathtaking. The pilot was lovely, always telling us what he was doing, he was full of knowledge, answering questions and explaining how things worked. Whilst we were in the air the pilot took a few pictures with a selfie stick & pictures were constantly being taken on a camera attached to the hot air balloon - I received all the images via email the next day. After about 1hr in the air we landed and was greeted with a champagne toast and a backpack full of drinks and pastries. We all received a little passport signed by the pilot, which was a lovely little touch. We were then driven back to Barcelona arriving around 11am. The whole experience was just amazing and all I can say is book the trip!! It’s something you will never forget. The company and staff were fantastic, i don’t have one bad thing to say!! I couldn’t recommend this company enough, everything ran smoothly.

This activity was the highlight of our Barcelona trip. So well organised and the staff were great. We were picked up and taken to the hot air balloon where we didn’t have to wait long at all until we were up in the air. The views were amazing, being above the clouds was a peaceful & beautiful experience. Our pilot was great and full of knowledge, we had lots of photos taken whilst up there, some with a selfie stick and some via a camera attached to the balloon rope - photos were all sent to us via email the next day. The ride was very smooth and peaceful. Once we landed there was a champagne toast for us all where we were all given little passports signed by the pilot. The small touches were great. This experience was well worth the money, everything about it was amazing.

Awesome experience, great staff. Would definitely do it again (even though I’m scared of heights). Staff makes you feel very comfortable and the views are just so amazing.
