2. Barcelona Cathedral
We are going to see the marvelous neo-Gothic style Cathedral of Barcelona and discover its secret past. We will see the oldest stones of the city, in the remains of the roman walls and aqueducts. We will be able to enjoy the only piece of art donated to the public done by one of the most prolific painters of all history, Pablo Picasso. We will unravel the history of the city following the steps of this incredible painter, Pablo Picasso, through its streets and neighborhoods.
3. Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic)
This is the oldest part of the city of Barcelona, this onces was the inicial city, in Roman times called Barcino.
4. Palace of Catalan Music
El Palau de la Música is an example of our golden days right after the Industrial Revolution, thanks to which, we decided to placed the city walls down, and expanded to transform the city in a metropolitan centre where Modernist artist designed some of the most iconic buildings of the city of Barcelona.
5. Mercat Santa Caterina
One of the many markets of the city of Barcelona, but one of the few in the Old Town that still keeps the essence of a real local market.
6. Barri de La Ribera
Get lost in this amazing laberint of this tiny street where you will be able to find the true essence of Barcelona.
7. Passeig del Born
The bulevard where jousting was held during medieval times. We will tell you who used to come here to see the jousting, you will be able to find out why, in this street, we have a house that many years ago, was cut in half.
8. El Born
We will get lost in a laberint of tiny streets, where the medieval times meet the modern days. Along these streets we will be able to discover that some of the professions from medieval times are still very alive, and that most craft men and women still live and work around this streets.
9. El Born Centre de Cultura i Memoria
This marvelous building hides a very well preserve secret. What it used to be a food market, has opened its doors once again to bring us medieval times back to our present days. We will discover the history and the stories of this neighborhood in this stop.
10. Parc de la Ciutadella
This space, transformed to be used by the people of Barcelona, is one of the most beautiful spots in the city. We will discover what happened to the city of Barcelona after the Industrial revolution arrived. This is the park where the Universal Exposition in 1888 was held.
11. Parlament de Catalunya
Inside the marvelous the Ciutadella Park we can find the Parlament of Catalunya. Here we will see the transformation of this space, back in the day was a Military Fort, into this amazing park that everyone loves to spend time in.
12. Port Olimpic
Here we will have an awesome view of the skyline of the city from the sea front. We will enjoy the sea breeze on our skin whiles we discover how different this part of the city was not longer than 30 years ago. We will be able to see from the distance: Sagrada Familia, the W Hotel, the Olympic Harbor, the Montjuïc Mountain and the beach of Barcelona.
13. La Barceloneta
The neighborhood of the fishermen and women, this part of the city seems to have stop in time. The neighborhood closes to the Mediterranean sea. This part of the city went under a big change for the Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona (1992).
14. Port Vell
We will go by what it was, back in the day, one of the most important harbors in the Mediterranean sea. Through this pork many things arrived to the city. This was for the people of Barcelona the doors to the rest of the world.
15. Las Ramblas
Discover the most walked street in the city of Barcelona.
16. Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar
The authentic Gothic church that every Barcelonian carries in their hearts.

Very fun activity. Got to see parts of the city we would have otherwise missed. We were worried it wouldn’t happen due to rain, but rain stopped about an hour before.

We were lucky to have just the two of us on the tour and to have Elena as our guide. We were able to see a good amount in a couple of hours with frequent stops to get helpful insights into historical and artistic points of interest. Our guide set a perfect pace and rode with careful concern for safety. The tapas and wine afterwards at Le Bon Sort were excellent.

Lily was a fantastic tour guide! We brought our girls (10 & 13) and we all had fun testing turbo on the e-bike, learning about Picasso and a little history of Barcelona, and then tasting tapas at a local restaurant. We even stayed after to sample more tapas and wine/fanta!

Hello.
The tour of the city with a guide was supper. It’s a perfect way to discover a city for the first time.
The tapas with apero was also good. However, I wouldn’t call it a degustation of wines. It’s rather a good aperitif with tapas. Thanks for the nice afternoon and interesting discoveries! Daria

Great, fun, and enjoyable tour. Our guide Lily was great in explaining the sites and was very well spoken. She made the tour for us, as the guide makes the tour. Fun riding around and Lily made sure the eight of us were together and safe across streets, etc. We went to the bar for tapas and wine tasting and that was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend this for a fun, interesting, and informational tour of Barcelona.

It was the best part of our trip to Barcelona. Sunset time with visiting a lot of places our guide Lilly was very friendly and we finished this tour with tapas and wine.

The bike tour was good - we covered a lot of ground and the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. There were only five of us, which was nice since it allowed us to move faster and to see a lot. I would definitely take the bike tour again as it really helped us to get oriented to Barcelona and allowed us to get an idea of where we wanted to spend our time during the remaining time we had in the city.

The tapas on the other hand were not that great. One of our group had not signed up for the tapas and wine after the bike tour, which was not something we realized you could do. She was smart to save her 20 Euros and go elsewhere for dinner. It may be that the food was too "authentic" for our tastes - while we like fish, sardines and anchovies are not what we would have selected for tapas if we'd had a choice. The wine was also rather odd - it was an organic white which really tasted like cider rather than wine.

Overall, the tapas and wine part of the tour is something we wish we'd known we could have skipped, but the tour itself was good.
