The driver was very polite and helpful. He got us to our hotel without any issues and apologized for arriving late (even though we didn't think he was). Definitely recommend the service for a worry free transfer from the airport to your hotel

Amazing service. Contacted by driver and given easy instructions for meeting. Plane arrived early but did not need to wait because driver already knew the flight arrived early. Very friendly and helpful.

It's going to be early morning and you will be sleep-deprived when you arrive. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer. You have no idea what to expect because you've never been to Barcelona. They speak Spanish and you don't. You have to find a trustworthy service to get you from the airport to the hotel.
This service will do it perfectly.
I set up the transfer online, and paid for it in advance. Our flight arrived an hour early. As we landed, I was trying to figure out how to contact them to move up our reservation. No worries. The driver had been aware of our new arrival time and met us before I could buy a cup of coffee. THAT'S SERVICE! He spoke English and drove us to the hotel quickly in a comfortable minivan.
Other transfer services are available, including private cars at twice the price. Not worth the extra expense. Save it for a cup of coffee when you get to the hotel.

Meeting place was easy, however, It was very expensive for one person. It was a taxi; nothing special. It would’ve been cheaper to just get a taxi at the airport when I arrived.

The driver didn’t show and lied to the company about that. An hour late he started calling to ask where I was, but it was too late since I was already in a cab and halfway to my hotel. He kept calling. I wish he had been so aggressive when I needed him. Now the company is denying a refund.
