This is a budget cruise, you can see that in the low price that you pay. My river cruise experience with White Orchid was truly exceptional. The stunning scenery, dining, and friendly crew created an unforgettable experience that we will treasure. A must do if you want to watch your pennies!

Absolutely the worst experience in regards to explanation on how to get to pier to take in cruise. Mentions to take free water taxi however it’s only there if people at pier allow you to board I am guessing. We end purchasing water taxi tickets so we could get on boat to river front mall. Once there no better no signage as to where you need to go, we had purchased both cruise and show tickets so you need to find show office as website states once you find that then your told to go elsewhere to find boat tickets. Which is poorly marked, back to the pier you arrived at to board ship. Whoever runs this company needs to be fired!
Absolutely the most frustrating experience and people should not tolerate such incompetence.
Once on the boat you feel rushed to eat. Food was good and sites are nice. Would recommend any other cruise than this one!

The food, entertainment, and countdown fireworks were all great.
The only thing that was disappointing was that our seats were closed off on the first floor, but we were able to spend time on the deck after the meal, so we were happy.

The cruise is magnificent, with all the Christmas lights at this time, we appreciate it. The dinner is excellent, the atmosphere is great on the boat with the entertainers.

First experience of taking a cruise in Bangkok and having dinner on the ship. When queuing outside the system is good so you don't have to worry... the officers direct and give instructions. For a complete meal, it tastes just ordinary, nothing special. There's beer too, free. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. We got the one inside but when we finished eating, we went upstairs... it turned out it was more exciting at the top. Both below and above there are singers and they often invite passengers to join in dancing and singing. Anyway, it's fun!!

Boat was late docking so we were waiting around for over an hr. Staff were really friendly and while to food was cold it was really nice. Prices were average for Bangkok. Glad I went on ot but probably wouldn't rebook
