Hello my fellow travellers …. Please keep passport size photos with you if are planning to visit Thailand coz … if u are looking for visa on arrival .. you will need those pics to stick on the visa forms … we were not aware of this norm and have to shell out the money for instant pics .. an unnecessary expense .

Reached Bangkok Airport by Airbus in Morning of 8th June from Bangalore, flight was good but on arrival I couldn't get wheel chair inspite of booked in tickets secondaly I had to walk long distance to take other connecting flight to Melbourne when I reached Melbourne site of Bangkok airport it was recheck in where behaved very rudely and snatched away my charger and throw it in dustbins I proceeded towards Melbourne terminal where had to wait for hours there was no good sitting arrangements and washroom was very dirty

Pre-approval system is a bit confused in part of hotels booking. That make us re-registered so many time.
And after landing, there are staff yelling to passenger to sit down at the provide chairs for queuing but that just a easy paper of documents. Sense of arrival is none at this stage.
Over all it good and fast as it is ...
But for me i think, the concerned department should train their staff about hospitality because it effects of the country image.

Easy to navigate they were exactly where the directions said they would be and we departed about 5-10 min after meeting with them. Little expensive compared to what you would pay a taxi but the ease of mind getting off the plane was nice

Landed at Bangkok on time following our flight from Koh Samui and was met by the representative around 40 mins later after collecting our luggage and meeting where required. We were told to go for a drink as we had to wait an hour on another passenger .... not what we expected as we were keen to get to our Hotel as we only had 2 nights in Bangkok. We returned after an hour and were led to the minibus waiting outside. The drive was mainly motorway and took about 40 mins . On arrival at our Hotel after unloading our cases the driver stood with his hand out saying tip on several occasions. As I didn’t have any change and was taken aback at his rude gesture we walked straight into our Hotel. I would have rated higher but for the hour delay and the rude driver at the end

My flight was landing at 2:30am, and after traveling for over 30 hours, it was great to not have to worry about how to get to my lodging. They were waiting just outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name on it and the driver was there quickly when summoned. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived it was very easy to find the Meeting point and the agent. Within 10 minutes the taxi arrived and bought us to the hotel. We are very satisfied about the service and recommend them.

This was money well spent for my arrival into Bangkok. A female staff waited for me by the airport exit, followed the identifying details provided in my booking details (so she was very easy to identify), and escorted me immediately to my shared ride. My flight was a bit late, but they waited for me patiently.
The driver provided a safe, comfortable ride to my hotel doorstep. The car was clean, AC'ed, and spacious.
Would definitely use them again!

We were a party of 4 adults arriving after 20+ hours of airtravel. It sure was nice to see our name on a card comming out of customs for a ride to our hotel in Chinatown of Bangkok. We were the only apssengers at that hour, so the van went directly to our hotel.
