Great experience overall. We started at around approx. 4 o’clock. The transportation was good, quick, comfortable. Once we arrived we got briefed with all of the instructions, safety, etc. it was really good.

Everyone was very professional and respectful.
Kind and knowledgeable which help made us feel safe. The flight was on time. No delays! Theres a restroom before going to the flight. The flight was smooth! Everything was so beautiful and mesmerizing! A must try!

We had an amazing time, and if you can, this is definitely the way to see Teotihuacan. The views are incredible and the sight of 50+ balloons gliding all together at sunrise is surreal.
Everyone we met throughout the tour was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A must do if in Mexico city.

This was my first time in a hot air balloon and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The ride was so smooth and fun! We had great views and I really enjoyed my time!

We booked the private transportation from our hotel. The journey was smooth, the driver friendly and on time. We arrived to coffee and biscuits and a briefing. We climbed into the balloon basket and it was absolutely breathtaking. Sunrise and travelling over the sun and moon pyramids was amazing. The trip was well organised, we bought the ground photos which were lovely. The customer service was excellent. Perfect start to the day.
