Wow! Incredible driver and customer service. He went above and beyond when he stayed for hours to pick us up while we waited at immigration line for hours. Truly grateful for his kindness and responsiveness when landing past midnight. If I could rate above 5 stars I would. Thank you so much!

So happy I booked a ride with Santanu, he waited for me at the airport holding a sign with my name so it was very easy to find him. Was also very patient waiting for me, I had an issue with my Visa so I took longer than expected. Traveling alone the most important thing is to feel safe, Santanu made me feel very safe and welcome. He made sure I got to my destinations safely without any issues and also gave me some history on Ubud, Bali. Thank you Santanu I will WhatsApp you next time I am in Bali! Gracias!

For my first trip to Bali, I was unsure of the taxi transfer from airport to Ubud so I made the booking online at Trip Advisor for airport transfer. I received an eTicket for the ride and upon arrival, my driver, Komang, contacted me by WhatsApp to inform me where to meet. We were soon on the way, and the heavier than usual traffic made it a slow trip to Ubud so Komang filled the time by telling me all about the island, which are the good places to visit - temples, waterfalls, rice terrace,
The service is reasonably priced, efficient and comfortable.They also provide private day tours, and I plan to book one during my stay. (Look for future review.)

I traveled alone, Santanu picked me up at the airport and at each of my Accommodations, always confident and at reasonable prices I can recommend him as well :-)
He is a nice person with a lovely soul!!!

Santanu picked me up with his lovely wife and drove me to my destination. The time passed real quick in the car as we had a really good talk and I learned a lot about the balineese culture as well as there festivities! Thank you very much for this nice drive!

Picked me up from the airport and took medication back to ubud. He was on time and the ride was comfortable and enjoyable. Good value and would recommend him to anyone in the future who needs transport or a tour guide in Bali. I will 100% see him again. Thanks mate

Dama picked us up from our resort just outside Ubud and took us to the airport. He was really friendly, told us a lot about himself and went out his way to point out points of interest along the way. It was a very reasonable price and he definitely deserved the extra tip we gave him. Would recommend for anyone looking for transport in Bali.
