Friendly and personable ride. Clean ride. If you're wanting to go to the grocery store, confirm that with your driver don't assume they will automatically take you even if you booked this transfer because it said "grocery stop". We made our stop, but I've read others comments about not getting theirs. Cost of living is high, so expect prices to reflect at the local grocery store and even higher at hotels/resorts. They'll offer to book your return, but I prefer to book my own online, but that option is available if it's more convenient for you.

Chucky was our wonderful driver. He was at the airport waiting on us even though our flight was delayed. We made two stops, one grocery and one beverage store. The SUV was large enough for our family of four and luggage.

I booked this for another date. I have tried to get in touch with viator and have been unable without getting disconnected. We did not get picked up bc they came at the wrong time. I would still like to speak with customer service. This was not completed

Driver Elvis was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a great time w him. Also helped us manage to get all our luggage in the car as well.

Our driver was great. He provided excellent information about the island in route to our villa. We did NOT stop at a grocery store. In fact it was never mentioned. I must admit it took longer to move through customs than expected because we were missing a bag. Perhaps we exceeded our allotted time.
The van was spacious for our party of 7 with luggage in tow.
I would highly recommend despite skipping the planned grocery store stop.

Gerald was a great chauffeur. He gave some suggestions on what to do on the island and was very patient while we shopped at the grocery store. And the “economy” car was a beautiful Cadillac. Would definitely recommend.

The driver was very professional, informative, and helpful getting us to our place. He was waiting on us with the vehicle cooled off and clean. He had the sign with our names on it when we landed at the airport. I highly commend them and will use this service again!
