This tour takes you to Aveiro considered by many as the "Venice of Portugal" which is famous for its large network of canals running through the city. In this Tour you will also take a cruise on a "moliceiro" boat (a traditional boat from this city) which will take you along the channels as you admire the city’s unique tile facades. Mario did a wonderful guide to Aveiro and Costa Nova to explain the history and traditions, and even brought us to the Largo da Estaçao!

Maria and Marcos were really awesome total 5 stars. They even offered to help with our baby and were very friendly & communicative.
I would say all in all great trip. Just wish we had more time as places they took us were beautiful.

Heyder was an excellent guide. He talked to us about the history of the area on the way there, and pointed out things of interest on the drive. Answered lots of questions - and gave the tour in English and Spanish :). Loved the colorful houses on the beach in Costa Nova, and the moliceiro cruise in Aveiro. Would recommend.

Great guide, great to see two places outside Porto. I would have loved to be able to stay longer in both spots. A tour that leaves at 12:00 rather than 2:00? In any event - great tour, 4 stars rather than 5 because it felt a bit rushed.
