The best Taxi guy came to pick us up at our hotel! He was kind and behaved as a proffesional. He showed us around town before we had a tour around Auschwitz.
When the tour was over and we had a break he had delicious lunch for us before we went to birkenau. After birkenau we drove back to our hotel.
The tour at both Auschwitz and birkenau was interesting, fasinating, sad and good! Good guide and spoke well english! 10/10 would recommend.

I had an outstanding private van trip with Pawel to Auschwitz. I was picked up promptly at my hotel at the agreed upon meeting time, and I was able to see a video on the camp in the van on the hour ride to Auschwitz. Pawel set me up with a guided tour in English, gave me a pack lunch, and set me on my way. He even got me a coffee when we had some time to wait before the tour. He also took me to some sites off the beaten path that had no other tourists at them. Pawel picked me up at the end of the tour and took me back to my hotel. The entire day took 7.5 hours, but it was well worth it.

Our trip was great! We booked the night before as we were let down by another company last minute! Mario was a great guide, he showed us extra sights and gave us lots of information on Auschwitz and the area. Lunch was very nice we had a baguette and after our tour Mario had bought us chocolates and fruit.
A great day and a great guide well worthwhile.

Changed our time from 10am pick up to 6.50am !! After taking payment and confirming 10am
Then we had to sit for 2 hours+ for a slot to get in
Awful organisation
1 good thing was the fab independent driver who took us he was amazing .

The drive was long but we enjoyed our driver who told us many things about Poland and his experience of going on a field trip with his school class when he was young. The actual walking through the death camp was incredible and difficult. The part that really hit me was the room with all the human hair. It was horrifying.

Was picked up when arranged with no issues, driver was pleasant and professional. Was provided a lovely lunch everything was explained and communicated throughout. Once tour had finished we were collected and dropped off at hotel. Thankyou again and we hope to use your services again when we return to Poland

Our driver Mario kept in touch via WhatsApp from the day before to ensure we knew what was happening. He picked us up promptly at 6 am to beat the crowds. He was a very friendly and informative representative of Viator and took care of us from start to finish. Mario is a credit to the company, going above and beyond to ensure our trip went well. He reserved a table for us in a polish restaurant on our return. We very much appreciated his attention today. If I could give 10 stars I would 😊
