Well arranged, I won't write what we saw as that's why you go on the trip - but well worth it. Be prepared for a fair bit of walking and you can be outdoors quite a bit (cold in winter, hot in summer) so go prepared. Very interesting and humbling.

Although the visit was well organised with the mini bus turning up on the dot of time, the visit felt rushed and I regretted the organised trip. All the organised tours arrived at exactly the same time so there were large queues for the airport style security. Each group was only seconds behind the one before so there was no time to read the information, look at the photographs and exhibits or reflect on the experience. Torrential rain didn't help but that can't be blamed on the operator! It's a shame that all trips are so early in the morning. If they were staggered, it would provide a better experience and do justice to such an important site.

This package was great and reliable. Communication and ride with our driver Maciej was exceptional. He was punctual, friendly, social and patient. The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and spoke with a calm voice in a patient manner and rhythm. Since the restaurant at the sight was closed they offered us the possibility to buy lunch boxes through them which made things easier. We were a group of eight in a mini van and travelled comfortably both there and back. It is a trip of around seven hours in total so that was important for us. We are very satisfied that we chose this particular tour, thank you.

A very moving emotional experience. Highly recommended. Our tour guide Elona was very informative, knowledgeable and encouraged questions. The tour was well organised and timed. Out of respect for the site no eating and drinking and only a short stop for the toilet and to use the vending machines in the museum car park. It involves a lots of standing so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

I booked this trip through tripadvisor before arriving in krakow and the whole experience/ communication from hello Cracow was fantastic. We were also offered a packed lunch but decided to take our own for the short breaks throughout the day. This trip was the most incredible surreal thing I have ever experienced and if in Poland I feel is a must see. Our tour guide Michał was absolutely amazing throughout the day , very knowledgeable , informative and eager to answer any questions. To be able to see first hand the atrocities that happened is something that was very emotional and will stay with me for a long time. I highly recommend visiting. A quote that I took with me- “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it” - George Santayana.

I have to admit I had limited knowledge of the traumas that the Polish Jewish community had to endure and go through. The word 'Symbolic goes through my mind as I walk through Camps 1 and 2 - I truly recommend this tour, although emotional I highly advise anybody wanting or willing to learn more about this piece of history to attend.
Very efficient service in terms of pick up times and drop offs - from Krakow to Auschwitz takes around 1 hour 20 mins on the coach, they offer a lunch box if required which is decent. (40 Zlot)

The communication prior to the trip was excellent, with the driver texting the day before to let us know what time he would collect us. The office also emailed. The driver spoke perfect English, explained the plans for the day and introduced us to our guide. The guide had incredible knowledge about Aushwitz and Birkenau and the trip was very memorable and thought provoking.
