Currently Auschwitz-Birkenau is a synonym for world’s most cruel terror, genocide and atrocities. The camp was built in 1940 by Nazis in the suburbs of Oswiecim. The total number of deaths and executions is estimated to have touched over 1.5 million people from 28 nationalities. Since 1979 this site is inscribed in the UNESCO Cultural and Natural World Heritage list.
The tour includes a visit to both parts of the camp, Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. This tour group and is available with live speaking guide.

Easy to book. Was contacted the evening before with new pick up time. Particularly liked the fact that the guide who picked us up also took us around the camps. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, especially in the camps.
A very good experience.

The museum was an emotional experience but it was rushed and no time to contemplate the significance of the site / exhibit. Not all of our party of 4 where able to keep up with the pace of the walking. Minibus also parked some distance from the entrance to Birkenau which appeared unnecessary.

The tour was well organized and our driver Michael was very attentive and made sure we were safe, comfortable and well informed during our travel from and return to Krakow. The tour itself is emotionally intense and our tour guide was respectful and sensitive during the day.

Viktor went above and beyond to ensure we had everything necessary for our trip. He made the journey very easy. The Auschwitz museum staff can be difficult and our Orginal online tickets were cancelled. Because of Viktor’s insight he managed to secure tickets on site. Without Viktor we would be clueless and he probably saved us hours of queuing . I would highly recommend Viktor to anyone who wants a hassle free journey

At 6:00uAM Piotr picked us up at our hotel and brought us safely to the Auschwitz museum. He arranged the tickets and the contact with our guide. After Auschwitz he brought us to Birkenau and at the end of the tour we texted him and he picked us up. During the drive from Krakow to Auschwitz he informed us about the history of the surroundings.
It was in total a very impressive tour and we should never forget what has happened there.

It’s hard to write a review knowing of the atrocities that were carried out to those poor people, the tour was very informative, although we were shown around Auschwitz-Birkenau I felt we could have spent more time there to take in more of the details and the photographs, the Guide “Mark” was
Very knowledgeable and sympathetic when taking us through the history, it was much appreciated,

Really fascinating visit. The guide Eva had answers to all our questions. She immersed us in the atrocities of Auschwitz-Birkenau with enough detail so that we could feel the pain of this place and remember the worst that Man can commit.
The driver Maciek was great. He even recommended a good traditional Polish restaurant to us at the end of the visit: to recover from our emotions and regain our strength!

I had been planning my trip for several years in order to come and visit Auschwitz during the month of May 2024. To do this, I had booked a visit with a French guide which was canceled 48 hours before my departure.
They listened to me and agreed to add me to a tour in English so as not to lose my entire stay already booked and paid for.
The visit itself was very well organized. There is absolutely nothing to say about the organization. They're professionals. Thank you to you for your kindness and your listening above all..
