Cancelled our trip to to Auschwitz at the last minute. Due to go next week. This was our Sole reason for travelling due to Jewish heritage. Now need to cancel whole trip to Krakow. Very poor service at considerable cost.

Great tour.
Fantastic communication from our driver in regards to pick up and drop off. Also very insightful to our surroundings on our drive to Auschwitz and Birkenau.
Our tour guide was brilliant. She knew so much, and was very knowledgeable.
Great value. Would definitely recommend.

A prior your group had canceled on us last minute and this group picked up the ball and catered to us completely. The driver went out of his way to make sure we arrived safely in the snow and had everything we needed for a wonderful day of tours. Thanks for everything.

Service of our driver was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure we received first class service and nothing was too much trouble. It definitely made an emotional visit to this historic tour trouble free.

The trip was organised amazingly! Everybody was picked up and dropped off close to their hostels and the guide/organiser made sure there were no problems and that everyone had a pleasant experience. Really took the stress about the ride etc. out of the whole thing and he even gave some advice for visiting Krakow :).
The museum itself was very informative with a super considerate guide who was very professional and aware.
Would book again :)

I booked the trip to Auschwitz through GetYourGuide and Cracow Visit Local Tours. On the day a coach picked me up and I was met by the amazing guide Karl, from the get go Karl was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Along the way to Auschwitz Karl explained some of the sights we were seeing, he explained what would happen when we arrived and what to expect. Karl was amazing and I would definitely recommend booking a tour with him and the company as he is brilliant!

Sweet guide and good service. We took a bus with other tourists and drove about an hour and a half down there and got a really rich experience. Was also lucky with super nice weather.
