We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel between 07:00-09:00am. The way by bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1h20m drive. An average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about an 1h20m. Our English guided tour starts between 09:00-11:00am. We will book for you all tickets in advance. Our driver will be waiting for you at the museum parking. Average group is between 20-30 people at Auschwitz. Back to Krakow between 14:30-16:30pm.

We searched for a later pick up and found one that was 10am perfect. It did say may be altered. However our pick up became 7am and was told that was due to the English tour starting at 9am. In fact on arrival there were loads of tours after 10am so not impressed. Our driver to Auschwitz and the tour guide were excellent it was just Viator we feel sadly misled and the company should be more open about filling spaces and not being client friendly.

Pick up was on time, nice drive. Getting in the museum was smooth and had a great tour guide. This is a must do if visiting Krakow.

Driver and guide we're excellent. Well organised tour with no hitches. Small group buses so pick ups were few. We'll recommended. Everyone needs to make this visit.

Somewhere we have wanted to visit it for a long time. It was really special and equally sad to see where and hear of the horrific things that happened at Auschwitz Birkenhau. A moment in history that actually felt surreal to be standing where so many people lost their lives. For me it’s a ‘must visit’…. The guide was excellent and great at answering questions, explaining the sites and pointing out places of interest. Driver was excellent also, on time for collection and return journey. Highly recommend

We ordered this as a tour from the hotel to Auschwitz and Birkenau, and we got picked up from the hotel and drove to the camps in a comfortable car with a nice driver.
All was organized neatly, and since the rest of the passengers also was going to the salt mines, we just changed car outside Krakow on the return, and was driven back to our hotel by another nice driver.
Can recommend.

For those who have never visited the camps before, the tour provides a good understanding of what happened and why. It is by definition done in a shortish timeframe and you will feel like a cog in a very large chain as one tour follows another into the same parts of the camp. Anyone with a good understanding of the camps or who have visited before will likely feel a bit short changed as there is a lot to see away from the tour, particularly in the barracks dedicated to a single country such as Hungary or Belgium. Those add a lot but can't be covered on this particular tour.
Our guide was knowledgeable to a point and explained the various aspects at each stop but it was a crammed few hours. Seven hours in total with about two and a half in the camps.
Just one point, the operator really needs to provide better toilet facilities for women. The queues were enormous and slow. Building a block fit for purpose shouldn't have been hard.

Good value tour and one not to be missed if visiting Poland. The museum is a very sobering and moving experience that everyone should do so the events that took place there are never repeated and to ensure the victims and their plight are never forgotten. Would have been 5* but there was a bit of miscommunication about pick up meaning our driver did not meet us where we were directed to but it all worked out after a phone call.
