It was an overall experienace that I recommend to everyone. The guide was informative about the history of the place giving details, there was no waiting line we had our tickets ready to go. Totally worth it!

Excellent organisation, exactly on time, good bus transport. We had an excellent, profoundly knowledgable and personally and emotionally concerned guide, with very good communciation skills. Terrible and dreadful memorial, but a must-see. We were surprised by the meager and scarce catering facilities with long toilet queues (for the women) and the fees for the toilets in Birkenau, no card, only cash 4 PLN. As the tour takes nearly 8 h, better to bring some picnic with you - but all this is not related to the tour organiser.

We booked this tour through trip advisor weeks before we were due to go. The day before we were set to go to Poland, Trip Advisor advised that it had been cancelled. No reasons given, however they did say "it was nice and easy to get a refund or reschedule"
How ever it was not possible to reschedule as we were so close to the date, all organised tours were fully booked We went to the tour under our own steam in the end.
But Trip Advisor continued to send auto emails reminding us that the trip was coming up and then asked for reviews following the weekend.
Dreadful customer swervice.

This tour was made brilliant by our knowledgeable tour guide she went to great lengths to give us all the information of the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz-Berkenau truly is everything you expect it to be! an insight to a very Tragic event in history.

Incredible experience. A visit everybody should make in their lifetime. The tour was well planned and managed, unfortunately you have to move through quickly but this is due to the demand of visitors, not the tour operator.

Fantastic tour but the organisation for pickups was dreadful. Several groups waiting for the bus all said they had been given two different bus times. Ours said 9.00 but bus came at 9.30. Stood 40 mins in sleet. No time on tour to have a rest and something to eat / drink apart from vending machines. Back about 5pm, frozen wet and starving.

Fast booking, efficient support and on-time departure. We regret having to undergo 2 4-hour visits to the sites all in English spoken by a Polish guide who does not articulate and embellishes all her vocabulary with “cheucheu”
Too bad otherwise successful organization.

Transport picked up on time, good standard of transport.
Our guide at Aushwitz and birkenau was very friendly and very knowledgeable taking time to explain not rushed. one point to be aware of is you need identification for your ticken to entre the museum, good job we had ours on our phone as you wouldnt get past security.

I went to Auschwitz at the end of March. My guide was Robert. One day before the tour, they send an SMS to confirm the meeting point and time. The van was not identified with the company name, but the driver called it by name. The company was always available to respond to all my emails. Regarding the guide, Robert was a fantastic person. He explained the entire process of the visit and had immense knowledge about the concentration camp. I was sorry that I couldn't enter all the blocks where there was an exhibition and that the visit to Auschwitz was a bit rushed, I would have liked to have more time to see and absorb things better, but that's not the operator's fault, but it gives a lot of people who were in the field that day. Everything went very well, I recommend it 100%
