Auschwitz, a camp of terror, genocide and the Holocaust, was estabilished in 1940 by Nazis. Located in the suburbs of Oswiecim – at that time a part of Third Reich. Probably it was the largest place of genocide, where almost 1.5 milion people lost life. In 2016 over 2 milion people visited Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum from around the world. They walked through the entrance, “Gate of Death” – the same walk as prisoners did over 70 years ago.

This was a very good tour. Our driver was very helpful. He dropped us at Auschwitz helped us get our tickets and guide and picked us up from Birkenau. The tour of the two camps takes well over three hours but it doesn’t feel too long. It is a moving experience. Our Auschwitz-Birkenau guide was very good. Very knowledgeable and respectful of the subject matter
My only complaint ( and is quite a big one) is that I booked and paid for four persons. It cost over £350 but the car was only big enough to seat three comfortably. For the money I paid we should have had a more spacious vehicle. Three of us on the back seat was not comfortable!

Jakob was very organised, explaining exactly where pickup would be and when. The car was immaculate and he gave us some lovely snacks once we had gotten in. He had pre booked our tour and we went straight through crowds and into Auschwitz (shuttle included to Birkenau) for a very informative and harrowing tour.

Jacob is a fantastic guide and we really enjoyed spending the day with him. The transport was comfortable and the visit to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine completely met our expectations. I would certainly recommend Jacob to anyone, the whole day was a highlight to our trip.

Jacob provided excellent service and made us feel looked after as he drove us to the first camp and then the second. The vehicle was smart and modern, and Jacob was on hand to answer any questions we had about the polish countryside and way of life. Thanks for a memorable day.

What a day...incredibly somber, but so important to see and learn. Our guide was spectacular, and even dropped us off at the airport to let us pick up luggage that the airline lost. We would 100% go again. (Certainly sounds off saying this about such a depressing and cursed place).

Picked up on time from our hotel. The tour was excellent and Jacob was prompt at each stop along the way. Snacks were provided as well which was a pleasant surprise. We also did the Salt Mine tour in the same so I highly recommend booking them together.

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Everything was organized perfectly and worked really well. Jacob took excellent care of us, had water and snacks for us in the car, drove very safely, got tickets etc. and also explained all sorts of things during the drive. Thanks!
