READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ‼️It’s a scam. My friends and I booked this hoping for an amazing time. We were supposed to get picked up by the bus around 12, when we arrived there was no bus or anything indicating for the trip. We called their customer service number but with multiple phone calls nobody answered. Which is a bumper.I hope we can some day enjoy this.

It was a super fun experience, the staff is incredible, we loved the activities, especially the ATV ride, without a doubt a recommended tour for everyone who comes to Cancun.

Me and my friends love experiences with adrenaline and fun, that is why as soon as we found this tour we went to try it and the truth is that it is very fun. We loved the ATVs and zip lines part although the cenote was very cold I was almost not inside For a long time apart from that everything was excellent, I definitely recommend it for all those who like fun with excitement.

Original pickup for me specifically was 845am, I booked Rusty way soo I could mood the rain. After waiting 45 minutes. I contacted the company myself and then was told the new driver would be there at 1230. So no one was going to reach out to us?
Everyone on our tour felt as if we were held hostage. It wasn't light or normal rain it was hard rain and it came down fast but since there wasn't any lightning they wanted to keep us at the excursion instead on rescheduling, everyone on our bus went home coughing and sneezing. I'm still feeling ill/weak myself.
We were gone from 1230-10. Coco bongo was a 3 minute drive from our hotel. The driver made us walk back in the pouring rain instead of driving us sound the block.
Out reservation at the hotel was missed. And our hotel Buffet closes at 10. So we missed dinner.
The experience was horrible!
