Very fun experience! There was 3 activities that we did (ATV, Zipline and a Cenote). Phones are not allowed only in the Cenote activity. They take pictures of you zip lining and riding the ATV and you can purchase the pictures afterwards!

I never got to go on my tour. My friend gf and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We were super excited. After booking the trip there was no location. So we contacted someone and they were really helpful. They drop a location where we were supposed to be but it was the wrong location. Being in the middle of nowhere we couldn't contact anyone so by the time we could contact someone is was already to late. We asked for a refund but was denied. We didn't want the money back we wanted the experience. We wasted time on our vacation for nothing and you guys can't even give a a refund . It was your fault not ours. Thank you
