This small group 4-5 hour on and off-road experience combines the fun of an ATV quad bike adventure with a slower-paced opportunity to pamper yourself and relax at one of Fiji's great attractions - Tifajek Mud Pool and Hot Spring.
Begin your tour by hitting the road via ATV convoy for a quick quick zip to the local market to see where we purchase our local fruits and vegetables. Next, we'll get back on the bikes and continue on to the Sleeping Giant Mountain Range where you can visit the beautiful and famous Orchid Garden. We'll then visit Tifajek Mud Pool and Hot Spring (right next door) where you can nourish your skin with therapeutic Fiji mud and enjoy the hot springs, before ATV'ing back to our base.
There is a snack pack and bottled water provided.
You'll be led by a local guide who will proudly tell you all about Fiji along the way.

We had a great experience that we will never forget. The Mud Pool and visiting the Enchanted Garden was such a memorable experience, we loved every minute!

I think riding an ATV through the city streets and then up the mountain roads was the highlight of my trip. It was raining but that made it more fun. We zipped up and down the beach and I rode through the ocean creating my very own Baywatch moment.
We made a stop at the downtown farmer's market and Garden of Sleeping Giant before going to the mud baths where we lathered up the mud, let it dry, and then washed it off in the hot pools. If you do one thing in Fiji do this day trip.

Hubby and I did the ATV quad bike tour including a visit to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant (stunning gardens) and the Tifajek mud pool and hot springs this week and had a great time. Poni was a fantastic, personable and funny guide, and ensured we all felt safe on the quad bikes (I’d never ridden one before). The gardens were beautiful, and the mud bath was sensational. The hot springs were a great way to clean off and relax. We had a bit of bike fun on a beach (exhilarating) before heading back to base where we were met with a refreshing drink and a bite to eat. I wasn’t expecting much as a vegetarian but the salad sandwich I was given was one of the best I’ve eaten in a while. A big Vinaka Vakalevu to the team who looked after us from the start of the tour to the end. Highly recommended.

Our family of 6 took 4 quads, two adults on single, and then 2 adults driving doubles with a 15yr old and 10yr old.
I had not driven one before and got a quick lesson before we left, but easy driving though you do get up to around 60kms/hr on sealed roads.
Wear shorts or long tights for ladies as keeps the sun and dirt off your legs.
It’s definitely a dirty and dusty day but you are travelling through all terrains. First stop the markets, try the fresh cut pineapple!
Next stop garden of sleeping giant, great if you love orchids otherwise you will probably just love the fresh cold juice at the end, so bloody tasty.
Then out to the mud pools, such a fun and funny experience. There is even time for a quick massage!
Make sure you give Pony your camera, he is quite the photographer and videographer!
On the way back we stopped for some circle work on the beach :)
Such a fun day and tour, just loved Pony!!
Worth every dollar this one!
At the end of the trip they even organised for us to be driven to zip lining for the afternoon (we decided to go half was through the tour) Our hotel was an hour away from this tour and zip lining which we also wanted to do but had not booked yet so was great we didn’t have to waste time travelling from the hotel on another day to come out to similar location. Pony organised it all for us mid tour!

This tour was amazing! We found ourselves having the time of our lives, riding quad bikes through Nadi, to a local market, then onto the Sleeping Giant Garden. After this we went to the mud pool and hot springs. We then ended the day riding along the beach and stopping for sunset photos. We couldn't have asked for a more exciting day. Our guides were fantastic!

Unbelievable! Absolute must do when you travel. You get to drive on the roads and it’s a totally unreal experience! Loved it! Team is fabulous as well.

Fantastic experience ..felt really safe on and off the road, and the guide was friendly. The garden was beautiful, and the mud pool was fun....the best bit by far was quad biking on the beach ... for a first time / nervous quad biker like me this was an absolute adventure!

Awesome day!!! Pone took us on a rippin ridin adventure! We were on the road, off road, and went to the gorgeous garden and mud springs. Will be doing again when I return to Fiji!
