ATV Guided Experience in La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano.

There were 3 of us, and after a slight mix up with transportation (mix up was our fault) they still came to pick us up and it ended up being an awesome tour. Arturo was our guide and he was very kind, funny, and we had very pleasant chats at each one of our stops. As someone who loves geology and volcanoes, seeing recent layers of volcanic rock and ash was really cool. Also the field of lava rocks at the base of the volcano near the end our our tour topped it off! Thanks again Arturo and Outback for a great adventure!

This tour was excellent and quite fun. We watched the sunset from the Arenal Volcano and the ATV ride was quite an adventure. I would definitely book again.

The guide Ariel did an excellent job spoting the wildlife and he was extremely kind and fun with all of us.

Only thing is, I would wish they give you google so you don't get your eyes dusty.

The ATV tour was awesome! It’s a great way to see the arenal volcano. We initially signed up for the 2 hour tour but then did the 3 hour one because it included going up right to the volcano and a quick hike to the black lava rock. Our tour guide Oscar was AWESOME! He had a great eye for wildlife and stopped the group when he’d spot sloths or monkeys. He asked us what wildlife we wanted to see and kept an eye out for it. There are also stops at an indigenous hut and also at a river that you can swim. 10/10 experience. The ATVs were a lot of fun- it was definitely off roading at parts and cool to zoom around the streets at others.

we loved this experience, it was beautiful and so fun!! Our instructor Arturo was the best, so sweet and informative. I would highly recommend experiencing this tour at least once while in costa rica!

Arturo was an absolutely amazing guide! We had the most incredible time with him. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, and he really made sure we had a blast exploring the fascinating history of the magnificent Arenal Volcano. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. We had a great time at your activity. Our favorite part was being able to stop and seeing the sloth so close. The swim stop should be a little longer, especially when kids are present, they enjoy the dip. My kids appreciated the extra time they were given to swim during our trip.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. Got to enjoy a couple hours in the countryside. The transport was well air conditioned. Guides were great and kept us safe on the highway. Helmets were a joke and definitely not up to US standards, so make sure you are okay with the risk. Don't bring anything you don't want dirty. Wear your swim attire as there is a swimming stop. You may want to consider bringing something to keep the dirt out of your eyes. If you are larger, riding double may be difficult.
