Very good experience. Just typical breakfast is for europian poor. All other perfect! Specially enjoyed camel ride:(

Wow !!! My partner and I booked this activity in the UK before leaving. We did not know what to expect but the team were excellent.... Collected from our hotel at 6.15am prompt by Houssain who was both courteous and chatty. We arrived at the Berber compound and were given refreshments and croissants while everyone assembled. Transported to the launching site and then up up and away. My partner had been very apprehensive due to struggling with mild vertigo but the equipment was sturdy and the staff reassuringly confident. We felt safe in the hands of our pilot, wafia ,who explained everything whilst playing some lovely background music which also helped with Liz's nerves. An hour or so of the most fantastic experience followed and Wafia even landed the basket upright in the middle of the transport trailer !!! Then back for a extensive Berber breakfast and the camel ride. We took some great photos and videos to help us remember this special day. Can't recommend this highly enough. Thankyou so much to Marrakech by air.

This was a fantastic experience! From the delicious pastries we were given to eat by the fire while we waited for the balloons to be inflated, to cruising over the desert as the sun rose over the mountains, it was an experience we will never forget.
Our pilot was very good at his job, not only making us all feel safe but cracking hilarious jokes and playing great tunes! He even gave us chocolate ?
The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to try traditional Berber food. We loved the donuts!
Our guide hussein, was also great too. Picking us up on time and offering lots of great recommendations for things to see and do! Thank you all for a great morning!

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. A friendly driver collected us from an agreed point and we then had a journey into the desert where fires were lit and we prepared for our flight
Our pilot, Wafia, was incredible. Funny, friendly and made the trip a really glorious event. How she managed to land the balloon on the tiny trailer is even more incredible.
If you are thinking about doing this trip, you really should. Personally I didn't want to have a camel ride but my friends seem d to enjoy.
A real highlight of the trip all round!

Amazing experience of a lifetime. Hospitality is top notch and the people are accommodative.
The breakfast was another experience and we were treated like kings and queens.
The pilot is experienced, calm and lovable with a smooth ride watching the sunrise.
And the pick up from the hotel with Hussain was memorable. We had amazing conversations, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed.
Thank you Hussain, we'll definitely visit again.

Our driver was a very nice man, the pilot was very fun and knew how to make people feel good. The Berber breakfast was very nice. Great experience, totally recommend it.
