Lovely trip to do Baha was absolutely amazing in his knowledge, patience and care for everybody in the group. He gives good explanation of all of the history, on the trip we rode the camels, visited the argan oil factory and had a great lunch (chicken tagine) very tasty after visiting the water falls. Recommend for a trip away from the huddle and bustle of the medina.

the tour guides issmail and ibrahim were both great and i had a good time!!! it was cool seeing the 3 valleys. the camel ride was short and in a random area and i felt bad for the camels but it was still cool. i think that this trip would be super epic in the summer when the trees are green!! BUT the lunch was so cool! there was a great view of the atlas mountains! hmm overall it was a good experience. the hike was a good time too! This one was a with a big group like 30 ppl so if you prefer smaller groups and like not super touristy things probs don’t do this one lol

Private tour booked, Ahmad our driver was very nice, on time and easy communication via whats app.
Tour started for us in the Medina and drove us to the camel ride, about 40 minutes. Nice camel ride in local clothes, guide took many pictures and videos. Camel ride is about 10/15minutes it's mostly to take pictures not taken to anywhere special. Then got back in the van and drove towards the Atlas mountains. We stopped in one of the valleys where he gave us a few minutes of explanation and description of the area around and it's importance. Continued and stopped at a "tourist" shop where there were nice views of a valley and berber villages in the mountains. Later on went to Imlil where he dropped us off and met with Mohammed Larbi our guide for the hike. No choice was given regarding time/difficulty/destination. We hike to the touristy waterfall where he explained a bit the berber way of life in the area. Very touristy, I asked about other possibilities to hike but that was the only option that we could do. Beautiful but slightly disappointed due to the amount of tourism and short hike.
Took us to lunch which I must say the Tagine was delicious. Consisted of small salad + bread, tagine, little local cake for desert and a 1.5L water bottle. Quite "overpriced" 70 MAD per person. For the mountains slightly overpriced as in Marrakech you could pay the same price in a tourist restaurant. We were hurried for the lunch which we had maybe 15minutes, then headed to the can for a ride back.
Overall it's worth it but since this was a private booking I would suggest a more personalized experience.
Thank you to both Mohammed Larvi and Ahmad.

Very interesting trip. Our guides were very guys and informative. Nice hike up to a waterfall. Lunch was fabulous in a Berber village. Sad to see the destruction caused by the earthquake

We did the private tour for two. The overall experience was underwhelming. We did camel rides off the main road/highway, and the hike in the “mountains” was through a very simple area with small pockets of scenery. With 7000+ reviews for this tour, I was expecting to be blown away. I think you may enjoy it if you have never ever ever been exposed to eastern/middle eastern simplicity of life. The image of the green hills on the cover of this tour is no where to be found in real life.

I commend our driver Omar for being safe, reliable, and punctual. Our tour guide Hamid was well spoken in English (our preferred language) and made our hike enjoyable. He is also a great photographer. He is the reason I am giving so many stars for this trip.

We thought we would have the English speaking guide for the whole trip but we actually only got him for the hike from Imil town square to the waterfall. Our guide for hike, Hamid, was excellent. He was knowledgeable. The camel ride was by the highway with no scenic view and quite honestly nothing to write home about. Our driver to and from the hike was decent. we wished he knew English better since we were promised an English speaking guide.
