Our tour will help you meet the Greek culture, the Greek history and the the Greek mentality in a day! Starting with the Acropolis hill, you will admire the most perfect of all temples in antiquity, the outcome of democracy.
Next comes a drive in the modern city to see the Temple of the king of God's, the 1896 Olympic Stadium and of course the changing of the guard and the Parliament House.
After that we will head to the Ancient Agora to get closer to the best preserved temple in Greece, the temple for Hyphaistus! You will be hungry by then so we will have a stop to enjoy an authentic Greek lunch in one of the neighborhoods close to the city centre.
Once ready our last stop will be the New Acropolis Museum, the best Museum in Greece that holds the marble statues and sculptures once standing on the Parthenon.
After the Museum we will follow our way back to the port and drop you off at your cruise terminal.

We booked a full day tour with Eleni of the Acropolis, other sites in Athens, and Corinth. We have used several guides in the past while touring some of the great historical places in Europe and the Middle East, and Eleni stood head and shoulders above them all. She is extremely expert in the field of Greek history and the evolution of Greek culture, and her expertise in archeology provides a deeper dimension to viewing the sites. In addition, she is friendly, open to our incessant questions, and fun to be around. We will use Eleni again the next time we’re in Greece!

Incredible and knowledgeable tour guide! Highly recommend. I went with my fiancé and really enjoyed the experience overall.

We had a 20 hour layover in Athens and made the most of it with a tour with an expert guide (Eleni) and driver (George). It was not only great fun, but also immensely educational.
