Agistri is one of the Saronic Gulf’s islands, ideal for a weekend getaway from Athens. Thanks to its magnificent natural environment and the secluded, sun-drenched beaches, this island is a little hidden gem ready to be explored. Visit the most spectacular beaches and taste delicious traditional delicacies. Get lost in Megalochori’s streets with charming houses and taverns. This is what you really expect from Agistri: authenticity, freedom, and tranquillity.

Metopi or Aponisos or Moni, our swimming spot is chosen based on weather conditions in order to enjoy pristine crystal-clear green-blue waters full of underwater sea life. You could not ask for more than our chosen swimming spot which can offer you an ideal situation for both swimming and snorkelling.
3. Aegina
Aegina is the largest island in the Saronic Gulf, just 17 miles away from Athens. Aegina’s ancient history takes place back in 500 B.C. Explore the ancient Greek temple of Apollo known as Kolona, meaning column, because just one column remains today from this ancient construction. It dates from the 6th century BC, even earlier than the Parthenon in Athens. Aegina is also famous worldwide for the high quality of its local pistachio nut. Among the highlights of the island, are the stunning beaches of Marathon, Agia Marina, and Perdika which is known for its seafood taverns.
4. Saronic Gulf Islands
We wail sail from Marina Zeas to the islands and the total cruising time enjoying the view and amenities on board will be: Marina Zeas - Agistri 2 hours, Agistri - Metopi - Aegina 1 hour, Aegina - Marina Zeas 2 hours.

Seeing the beautiful islands. The food was delicious the only thing is the boat was very old and not very comfortable seats

Best cruise ship which I ever was. From transport, food on the deck, crew, program... amazing all. If you really want to turn off and see something really beatiful and have extraordinary experience this is what you have to try. If i can I get more stars, so "just" 5 :)

We enjoyed this trip and the stops on the two inhabited islands. We felt we had time to explore in both. The included lunch was very good with lots of options and the crew was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the included pickup at our hotel in Athens. We took advantage of the swimming stop but being early in the season, the water was quite cold. The sea was a bit rough the day we went, something that did not bother us but was hard on some of the other folks that took the trip.

We had a lovely time on this trip - we enjoyed the two inhabited islands - and felt we had plenty of time to stroll around. The seas were a bit rough the day we went. This did not bother us but some others did not feel well. The included lunch was great with lots of choices. We also loved the swim - although the water was quite cold. The trip was fun all around and we appreciated bringing picked up at our hotel.

A wonderful experience seeing the beautiful islands, as well as getting the chance to sit and eat lunch in the Mediterranean Sea. There was also the opportunity for people to jump off and go swimming which was fantastic. However, the ride to and from the islands takes around 2 and a half hours so this is something to consider if you experience sea sickness.

Good organization and support for this outing.
We were able to go to 2 islands out of the 3 planned. The navigation was average, a lot of difficulty mooring the boat on arrival at the islands. Dangerous walkway to descend, a woman fell during the descent.
Very little information transmitted by the guide, both on the stops and the environment. I would not do this activity again.
