Airport pick up service was awesome and reasonably priced. Driver was on time, very pleasant (Harry was his name) and easy to locate at arrivals because he had a sign with my name. Vehicle was also modern and very clean. I’ll definitely book them for my departure trip to the airport through Viator.

Driver was waiting with a sign stating my last name soon as we departed customs. He made our arrival worry free and got us to our hotel with no problems.

I wish I had written our drivers name or asked him to write it. Horace or Haras, I hope he sees this and knows it is him.
He arrived on time and with a great welcoming smile for us. It’s our first trip to Greece and we were not familiar with our way around. He kept us entertained and informed throughout the ride from the Airport to our Plaka hotel. He also made sure we were comfortable and let us know the areas to avoid during the 11/17 annual demonstrations. Would highly recommend and use ourselves again.
Thanks for helping us get a great start to our vacation.

Pick up was on time (actually arrived early), taxi was clean and spacious.
Driver was efficient and friendly and promptly took us to the Athens airport.

I found this airport transfer service on Viator and, after reading the description and reviews, I thought I was booking a van, not a regular sized taxi. We had three people with a lot of luggage and needed the extra space. When we got to the car and the driver saw how much luggage we had, we all knew it was a problem. He immediately called someone to come help with the situation who arrived quickly. I apologized several times for the misunderstanding and even offered to pay, at our own expense, for a second taxi since all of the luggage would not fit. Every time I opened my mouth I was literally "Shhhed" and treated pretty horribly. They finally managed to fit all of our luggage in the car and I got in the front seat. I tried to carry on a conversation with the driver, hoping to learn something about the area where we had just landed, and instead he spent the entire drive on his phone talking to someone in Greek. He didn't even acknowledge our existence. Then, once we got to the hotel and I had time to check my email, I discovered that while we were standing at the airport—actively apologizing and trying to rectify the problem at our own expense—someone from the company sent me a nasty email letting me know that I, in fact, had not booked a van and this problem was my fault, not theirs. Let me reiterate that at no point did I ever blame them and I tried to fix the situation myself. There was no need for any sort of nastiness—I already has taken responsibility. Honestly, there are TONS of car services. I would suggest finding someone else.

Great driver. Pick up on time. Unfortunately, city center was mobbed due to marathon weekend. Many roads closed. Took 2 hours from airport to hotel.

The driver was waiting for us on out arrival, even though the plane was an hour early. He had been tracking our flight. He was very helpful as far as our questions regarding the area and gave suggestions as to what we might enjoy while in Athens. In all a very satisfying trip.
