Skip the ticket booth at the Acropolis of Athens and Acropolis Museum with a pre-booked ticket sent to your phone.
Visit the Acropolis, perhaps Greece's most important landmark and one of the world's most-visited sites, and marvel at the UNESCO-listed Parthenon Temple. Stroll around the ancient ruins at your own pace and take as much time as you need. Walk into the Theater of Dionysus and then, see the UNESCO-listed Parthenon Temple, which is dedicated to Athena, the goddess of wisdom and war. Visit the Propylaea, the temple of Athena Nike, Erechtheion, and see the Odeon of Herodes Atticus.
After exploring the ruins, visit the Acropolis Museum which contains some of the important works of contemporary architecture and priceless findings from the Acropolis monuments. Marvel at the main attractions such as votives, artifacts of everyday life, statues from the archaic period, Caryatids, and of course the majestic Parthenon hall with the metopes, the pediments, and the frieze.

We're only giving this a poor review because we were running a day late and the ticket office couldn't reissue the tickets. Otherwise the Acropolis was magnificent and we found the handicap lift with no problem. The beautiful Museum was an easy walk downhill and was just stunning both in design and contents. Do not skip either on your Athens trip.

Unfortunately, I think this is now a tourist trap. We were fortunate we didn't have to wait too long to get in as my wife has a bad knee and we were able to go through the disabled entry otherwise we would have been in a 500m queue to get in even having pre bought tickets. Once we got up, the thousands of people there made it a waiting game to get anywhere. Most disappointing was the size now looks like a construction site with the Parthenon scaffolds on one side, cranes around the place, and building sites offices everywhere. Long waiting lines to get anywhere including exiting.

The acropolis is very cool. But this booking adds little value. First, the booking did a poor job of making clear that you can only enter the acropolis at a very specific time. I waited in line for admission only to be told to come back later. I raised this issue with the provider and they never responded.
Two, this booking doesn’t do much. You can buy tickets online for the acropolis and museum in about one minute—without a markup.
Finally, the audio tour was hard to follow because the geolocation wasn’t great. Perhaps it would work on a day when when the acropolis isn’t crowded. But on a crowded day it’s quite hard to use. You would be much better off splurging for a guide.

Unfortunately, we were unable to use the tickets wirhin the alloted timeslot for the Acropolis. Access to WiFi is not possible near the Acropolis and museum. Our screenshot ticket did not show date and time so we were not allowed in. We would have had to wait in a line over an hour long only to be told we had missed time and no more times for that day. As our trip was short we only had that day. Total waste of $77 AUD. I will attempt again on my return trip but friend is not returning home via Athens. Response from company to change date was basically... not possible, not our fault. Sorry, but you are the experts, we have never been to Athens and rely on you to explain in detail how the tickets work! What to expect etc. Others with tickets were experiencing same issues... not necessarily same company though.

The Acropolis and the museum were outstanding as expected.
However, when I purchased my tickets, I never got the correct entrance QR codes (a separate one for each venue). I did receive a 'ticket' with a standard barcode (for both venues), which, to my surprise, was not accepted at either place! I had to call the customer service number on the email. To their credit, they were very responsive but I lost 20-30 min at the Acropolis (which had spotty reception), and an additional 10 min at the museum due to this (plus it may cost you money for this call as it is international). Make sure you have separate QR codes before you go!

A must see when you are in Athens. The hike to the top was manageable but make sure to bring water! Don’t forget to visit the underground ruins!

We had a great time- Panos our driver was very helpful- he also gave us suggestions on restaurant for my husband’s birthday and it was great!
We were able to see more than 6 sites in and have the comfort of the private car.
He also gave us insights about Athens and history of the places we visited.
Key definitely is getting the tickets ahead of time to skip the line!

Useless & over priced!! Couldn’t download the audio guide before leaving our hotel for the Acropolis. Tried conveying this to Customer Service who were of zero help or care.
Will not purchase any of their tours/experiences again.
