Aswan: Edfu and Kom Ombo Day Tour with Luxor Transfer

The transfer and tour brought as where we would like to go. The driver Ahmed was fast, which is good but maybe a bit too fast at times. The car used for transfer was not that comfortable as suggested in the description. It was a sporty car and maybe not as comfortable for longer people and especially not as comfortable over al the (speed) bumps in the road. The guided tours were good and we were togerh with someone else. Especially the guide Sami in Edfu was very good, friendly, helpful and took his time. The guide in Kom Ombo was a bit hasty.

It took a lot of WhatsApp messaging with Marolla of Nice Tours about wanting passport copies which is not necessary (and we did not provide) and giving details we already gave at booking.

In the end it got us where we wanted to go but a regular private car driver or taxi s probably a more comfortable car in our experience in Egypt so far and is probably a lot cheaper.

My trip with Waleed Gamal was very nice, we took me at the door of my hotel in Aswan and leave inside my hotel in Luxor. The talk during the trip was very nice. Also the tour guides in the Temples were very nice with good explanations of the sites.

The best way to see how Egyptian farmers and countryside dynamics and along the way visited 2 temples that are worth seeing ( especially Edfu) Driver Osama might be a little rough on the edges but I arrived safe and as scheduled.

This excursion is highly recommended, since the 2 temples that you visit are amazing and even more so when they explain everything to you in detail. Also noteworthy is that it is very well organized by Demiana, who gave us facilities at all times and the driver was very friendly during the tour.

The cruise was good it was the first time we tasted a cruise and it was fine ...we were upgraded ..all the guides were bot good honestly so fast explanations or dont speak too loudly but the last guide in Louxor all the day whose name David was a good guide and the best we had since we arrived in Egypt ...he is happy patient and explained very well ...he was also patient with our kids ..no regret with him...we recommend this cruise

This was my third trip with Nice Tours and I have been lucky to have the same driver, Mostafa Gomaa, for all three trips. Egyptian traffic can seem frightening at times so it was great to feel confidence in my driver and be able to relax on the journeys in and around Aswan and to Luxor today.
I requested English guides for the temples as extras today. They were free but obviously I tipped them for their service. It really helped to have someone show the most notable things to see in both temples.
I recommend this tour, especially as a way to travel between Aswan and Luxor one way.

Kom Ombo and Edfu temples were magnificent. It was a nicely arranged trip. One can manage to take this beautiful tour and still not be tired at the end of the day.

Thanks to Mero for organizing everything, it all went pretty well. Too bad the driver only spoke Arabic. Google translate and some gestures got us most of the way luckily and I was falling asleep a couple of times anyway. If you're short on time and want to see the temples between Aswan and Luxor it definitely is a handy way to do it. But if I had some more time I'd try taking the train. Road conditions while not totally abysmal, isn't the best. Lots of potholes and speedbumps that jostle the car around. Glad the driver was good, as even with the bumpy road I still dozed off a few times... Really the best driver I had in Egypt though. Guides at locations were good. Knowledgeable and good English, they really were an asset when going around the temples. Overall a very efficient way to transfer from Aswan to Luxor
