It's awesome! The owner and his team greet you and explain the equipment. They also provide a map. Bring your sunglasses and sun screen. These UTV'S are powerful.

The service was great. The individual that met us was awesome. The same guy met us when we return. The vehicle worked great. On all it was it terrific experience that I highly recommend.

The entire experience was amazing. From start to finish the crew from Jean's rental was excellent. Met us at the Citgo station gave us complete instructions along with a detailed map of where to go. Plan the trip to Aruba and definitely rent the UTV from this group!

A great way to see Aruba. We walked off the ship, and asked one of the port workers where to pick up our ride. He directed us to the street beside the Citgo gas station and sure enough, there was a line of very nice side by sides ready to go. Most have canopy shade tops but a few were hard top, and all were in great shape. After a short safety & orientation meeting, we were off. The map that is provided is probably enough for most, but using it along with Waze made us feel more comfortable about where we were at all times. It is difficult to know what the speed limits are in many places, but we just went with the regular traffic flow and didn't have an issue. Returning the ride is easy, you fill it with gas, and leave it where you found it. I highly recommend!

I am the sort of traveler that hates being shuffled like a herd of cows from one photo op to the next. I need a little bit of adventure and I want to take as much time as I want for photos and videos. If you are that kind of person, then this should be the only way you should see Aruba! Avoid the giant mega buses or Jeep safari tours!

There is something important to keep in mind though... this tour will NOT give you access to Arikok. You will need a Jeep for that and/or I would recommend a group ATV or UTV tour for that just because of how difficult the terrain can be. Otherwise, this rental is perfect for all the other sites all around Aruba.

But the other main reason I highly praise this operator is because of how they handled the emergency situations that came up. Our vehicle unfortunately broke down two times... so we ended up getting 3 different vehicles. Third time is a charm... the 3rd vehicle was the one that worked all the way to the end.

I was annoyed, upset, and super stressed. I was ready to write a one star review and make a complaint with Viator... but this company is the PERFECT example of how to treat your customer when something goes wrong!!! It shows that they care about their business and their customers!!! They made a one star review into a 5 star review!!! And a customer who will recommend them to my other friends and family who will visit Aruba in the future... and it also motivated me to have to write this review to sing their praises.

Their staff are super punctual, polite, and responsive... even though I am sure I came off as rude and aggravated in my text messages and phone calls when the vehicles broke. But the staff came out within 20-30 minutes and took care of everything. Without any questions asked they extended my time on the vehicle... AND offered a partial refund AND even found me at the gas station to inform me that it was not necessary to gas up the vehicle as additional compensation for the mishap.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

If you want to rent Jeeps, ATVs, or UTVs in Aruba... this is the tour that you need to book!!!

Some additional recommendations for people who are thinking of doing this... just book it!!! The island is extremely small and easy to get around in. Their support staff as I stated earlier will take care of you if something goes wrong. Although, this doesn't mean that you can be stupid and reckless... you're going to be held fully liable for any accidents and/or damage caused to the vehicle just like with any rental. But it's so fun exploring the island this way!!!

We were actually advised to go the OPPOSITE route of the tour buses which was the perfect suggestion from the staff because we missed all the crowds for the day. We intersected with some mega buses at Natural Bridge, but because that was the second location we got stranded in... we ended up utilizing the down time to make more photos and videos.

Bring a lot of water, snacks, and sunscreen! But even if you forget... tons of shops all over the island to stop in and get whatever you need. Also... I'd recommend just bringing swim wear, especially if you're planning on stopping by some beaches... and you will prefer swim wear anyway since Aruba is tropical so rain can be on and off. We certainly got our fair share of getting soaked in our 10 hours exploring.

So a big thank you again for Gwendoline (hopefully spelled correctly). Highly recommend this tour for anyone who likes to travel similarly as what I described!!!

Easy pick up & return. Vehicle ran well, everything worked. Had lots of fun exploring Aruba! Just wish it had a windshield as we got caught in a heavy rainstorm! Good memories!
