The driver was at the airport with our name waiting and picked us up on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Assisted with our bags and made us feel very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I asked for a personal vehicle not a bus to transport us

This was our second time using Aruba private airport transfer that I booked through Viator app. They were very reliable and staff were very courteous. Van was clean, cool and comfortable. Driver greeted us with a cold bottle of water at arrival. I would highly recommend.

Jerry was right on time when we arrived at the airport which was brilliant as it meant we weren’t waiting around. He was friendly and helpful and would totally recommend 😊!!!

Great experience, very flexible. I booked for 4 adults but one had a delayed flight. So they took us to the resort and they went back to pick up a late arrival.
