We were unlucky, I guess, to be the last drop off in a full van. We spent an uncomfortable hour driving through multiple residential areas to drop off members who had been on a group tour together at their individual homes. We were sorry we hadn't just booked an uber.

VIATOR, as a third party vendor, had very poor connections with the offered service supplier - Super Shuttle. Twice they failed to pass on reservation details to supplier. Fortunately Super Shuttle was on top of it and able to overcome the missed reservation and charges. Super Shuttle was amazing, on time and helpful. Booking direct with Super Shuttle would save 20% on the fare.

Simple process after leaving the Customs area upon arrival. About a 7 minute walk to the Shuttle area, and the driver was very courteous and helpful.

Pros - drive was waiting after we had a flight delay from Christchurch (no idea why as air NZ said F all)
Cons - staff criticised us for being late. Well you have our flight details as you requested, so try looking.
Driver was dangerous and reckless using one phone in the cradle and the other in his hand while driving. In the rain and at night in busy traffic and at 100kph.
The drive could do with saying what stop you’re at. Not have you guess.
Use them as they are responsible but don’t rely on them if you’re needing an accurate drop off time.

Auckland airport a bit of a mess. Got a map with directions to where the shuttle was located.. A bit of a walk. No problems once on board shuttle. Arrived safely and quickly.

Unless you are going direct to the city or with a large group that can't fit in a taxi, dont bother. I booked a supershuttle to the northshore. They dropped off 4 other groups before me, and they were scattered all over Aucklan. A 25min trip took 1.5 hours and not a even a heads up from the driver. I checked the uber price when I arrived, and it was $7 cheaper. Unfortunately, I had the shuttle booked...

Have used Theater in the past and have been happy with the service. However, this time we had a bad experience. We were expecting the representatives of the local travel agency to meet us at the arrival station at the airport in Auckland New Zealand. There was no one there to receive us.
We tried calling the local number provided to us. However, nobody picked up the telephone.
After quite a bit of struggle, we had to walk over to the shuttle parking lot, which was quite a distance away. The airport is undergoing renovations, and it was very difficult to wheel our luggage all the way to the shuttle area.
The shuttle operator could not find our reservations and had to take our word for it.
Experience was quite poor this time.
