An ideal Shore Excursion for cruise passengers, our "Around Santorini" tour offers you the chance to visit some of the top destinations of the island.
Our first stop is Firostefani, well known for the famous blue dome church where you can take your photos while also learning about the history of the island. Next stop Oia, here you have the free time to stroll around the town, encounter the famous blue domes, and sip refreshments by the caldera.
After around 1 hour we will start heading to the traditional village of Megalochori and the monastery of Profitis Ilias which offers a unique 360° panoramic view of the island and is an ideal spot to take amazing photos. Our guide and driver were very knowledgeable and entertaining!! We saw many sights and took many pictures. No cable cars or donkey stairs!!

Izzy and Dimitri were very nice and entertaining. We learned about the island, the food was delicious, and walking on the volcanic sand is a must. We joined a later group due to timing of ship arrival and making up the hill. It can get crowded. So be sure to make plans to be early. Heading up is good exercise, but rocks are super slippery. Wear shoes with grip. I would take the chair lift on the way down. The donkey poop is ridiculous to navigate, plus so slick :)

Santorini is beautiful and full of history. Our guides (Izzy? For short and the driver) were funny, interesting and extremely helpful making sure to answer all our questions and tell us interesting stories and history of the island. I would definitely take this tour again and recommend it to my friends.

Isi was an amazing tour guide!! He was knowledgeable and had us laughing, we had a great time!! Demitrius was an awesome driver. The van was super clean and he navigated the roads with ease. Highly recommend!

We had about 8 hours in Santorini on a cruise stop. I thought my mom and I could find our way around on our own but quickly found out it was too much walking for her (she's 83), and attractions were hard to find. So I looked around for a local tour company. Dana was very professional and thoughtful, assuring me the stops were close to attractions and views to make it easier on Mom. Plus they had a tour starting in 20 minutes. They knew what time the last tender left for the ship and would get us there in plenty of time.
We had only 9 people on the tour, so we could make requests. We were able to see the sites we were interested in and get free time for lunch and shopping.
Our guide George was absolutely wonderful! It is obvious he loves Santorini, knows the island and the country, and has a ball sharing it with visitors. He took our pictures at every stop (with our cameras) to make sure the day was captured in all its beauty!
The tour was half the cost of the one offered by the cruise that would have put us on a bus with 40 other people and no customization... and no George!
Check them out when you visit this little paradise!
