The area is beautiful. I would have loved to have time ro hike every trail. David and Arturo were amazing and catered to all our needs! I will be recommending to everyone!

Jaime and Andres were an exceptional team of guide and driver. Both shared extensive knowledge and history of Arenal and other Costa Rican volcanoes. In addition, they were extremely helpful on the steep and slippery parts of the trail, even supporting one of our group for almost the entire hike. The views were spectacular and we learned a lot.

great tour. guide was knowledgeable about the volcano and friendly. On the way out we saw a sloth! definitely recommend- although hike up to the lava fields is steep, it’s not very long.

This one is not so much hike as it is educational. Our guide was fabulous and knowledgeable about the area, the history, creatures around us, etc. He was great. The “hike” itself is mildly strenuous for a short time, and we think as a family (with teenage boys), we probably could’ve completed the hike out and back in 45 minutes at a decent pace.

Excellent guided trip, Jaime had an encyclopedic knowledge of the area. We enjoyed the amazing views and lovely fruit buffet at the end.

Roy and Jaime did a great job guiding us through the arenal Park volcano hiking trail. They were both very nice and super educated regarding the area and the nature. 10/10 recommend.

Comprehensive tour of the 1968 trail. Two excellent guides - Maritza and Daniel. Even though it poured down rain, the trail was fine. Well worth it — lots to enjoy—lava flow, flora and animals. The guides were very attentive and knowledgeable.

We did this tour with our elementary aged children
The guide was good about giving information about the volcano and being mindful of our children's stamina levels. It ended up being a private tour, which I appreciate that this company seems to try to keep groups small.
