arrived and had an hour's wait with no refreshments offered. Dune ride was good, food acceptable, entertainment ok. Driver who transported us was miserable

Lot's of tourist traps when we were dropped off in the dessert/dining area. Quad bikes and camels rides cost extra, as well as snacks and some drinks. One of the staff started wrapping a headscarf around my daughter's head, then demanded 10AED. When we hesitated he demanded 20AED and then 30AED when questioned. We paid because we felt pressured and intimidated. Am leaving an extra star in this review because the driver who took us out to the dunes were considerate, but overall was a bad experience.

We arrived at the gathering place very early and no one explained to us what and when everything would happen. Then everything was at a good level. The driver who brought us to the point was very attentive and that’s good. also, if you have problems with the vestibular system, do not go to dune bashing.

Amazing service, we use the self drive option. It was a wonderful experience specially the drive in desert. Camel ride and sand bashing was also amazing.

car is small. if you sit in the last row, it will be like torturing.the seats are suitable for not tall persons like 100cm.
