Very fun for the children, the staff members are very attentive and friendly! Negative point: they make you lose time for a supposedly competitive time, very annoying so I decided to get out of there very quickly!! The rest very good!

I had a amazing time this is the best part of all nickoedean Lalo Karla and Jorge I think his name was we’re super they were the best part of this trip with the kids and did a wonderful time with them
I say don’t stay at the hotel it’s a waste of money but for sure do aqua nick stay at generations it’s it’s sister hotel half the price and same owners

My kids enjoyed themselves. Very relaxing; plenty lifeguards and cater to the kids. Your armband is scanned for food at the different bite locations and staff bring drinks. It’s all inclusive

Great time at this water park for the day! Viator's communication regarding pickup time was perfect. We arrived right before the park opened so I was first in line. I spent an extra $237 when i arrived to the park to get a private Caribana with TV, shade and a "butler," but next time I wouldn't do this. The shade was great for us to relax out of the sun (we were there from 10am-6pm), but its supposed to come with butler service, which we had to constantly go and find wait staff, instead of them coming to us. The lines for the rides were short. Everyone got slimed in the main area. But if you pay an extra $70, you can do a private sliming like on the TV show (with photos). You need to book this well in advance because it sells out. Overall, it was worth it.

It's the second time we've gone, this time just to the water park. We all had a wonderful time, the luxury of attention to everyone, especially my children. My daughter cried a little and Pablo rescued the moment by distracting her in a bikini bottom.

We lost two hours of the water park and the photos with the characters due to the explanation of a disguised timeshare since when we arrived at the park they invited us to see the rooms for a maximum of one hour and yet there were two and we never saw the rooms, only We feel the pressure to buy a timeshare without really knowing the place. In addition to the purchase of covered lounge chairs, a cake and two souvenirs. In total we spent 23 thousand pesos for 5 hours in the park and two hours of tension.

Everything was perfect at the resort the only issue I had was I was never picked up by the transportation and had to pay for the cab there myself and I still haven’t gotten my refund for that but other than that amazing experience food and drinks included in the park tickets and the kids enjoyed themselves

We visited the hotel on a day pass, for my son's birthday. All the staff were very attentive, they asked us if everything was okay, Salvador and Myrna were very nice people, my children felt very comfortable, the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.
