We were lucky to be a part of a small group in a van. The guide, Xavier, was very professional and experienced. The time was a bit rushed in Andorra but that was not his fault at all. He recommended a great place to eat in France. We played "Geography" trivia on the drive back. This helped pass the time. Really enjoyed the trip and would recommend it 100%. Thanks again, Xavier.

The stops in Spain and France were great. In Andorra, it was mainly for shopping. Very good overall. They should warn about toilet paper usage in France before departure.

This was a fun, if long, trip into the Pyrenees. If you are into mountain scenery, this makes for a nice break from the urban environs of Barcelona. The medieval town of Barca is charming, and Aix-les-Therm is the highlight of the trip. The microstate of Andorra is basically a giant shopping mall, but at least you get a rare passport stamp. Our guide, Juliet, was knowledgeable and entertaining.

It was a good experience. From the facilitator, Mark to the transport service, everything was well organised. Mark was knowledgeable and friendly, he organised everyone to be on time and ensure everyone was comfortable. My family was with a children so we had good time visiting the places. Worth the money.

Good trip to scratch off on your map. This is a very fast paced trip in 3 tiny little towns. You get about 60-90 min per each of the 3 stops and the rest is on the
bus. Xavier the guide is very informative and nice. Be prepared for 90 minutes only in Andorra. By the time you finally use the washroom you're down to about 80. Granted it's mostly all shopping, but to see the old town and the walk there and back I had pretty much no time to relax and enjoy a local beer or food. This trip was precisely a trip to scratch Andorra off of my map and it's pretty much about what I expected.

Our guide, Judith, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and made our day very nice. We enjoyed seeing and experiencing other parts of Spain, seeing some of France and learning about Andorra. The bus itself was very comfortable and the driver did a great job. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Spain.

Sergio was an excellent tour guide. Some of the roads are curvy, those prone to motion sickness beware. Didn’t like the restaurant, would stick to the bakeries and street foods.

(January 2024) We were most excited for this tour on our trip but were overall very disappointed. We spent far more time on the bus than we did visiting any of the sites, and the early wake-up (arrival by 6:45am) was not worth the adventure, or rather lack of. The structure of this tour was driving, then about 2-3 minutes of talking by our guide David, then “free time.” David didn’t do much guiding during the transits and I would describe this activity as more transportation than a tour. The time we did spend on the ground felt rushed and our guide was very strict about timeliness — told us he was prepared to leave people behind in Andorra if late. We were allotted about an hour on the ground in Andorra. They offered a photo opportunity of the beautiful Pyrenees in Andorra, but we were herded like sheep off and back on the bus in under 5 minutes. In my opinion Baga was a waste of time, as this served only as 45 minutes on the ground to wait in line for the toilet and bake shop. Nothing else was open so early in the morning. My recommendation for the future is to skip Baga altogether and depart later in the morning for the tour. While we enjoyed visiting Ax Les Thermes and Andorra during our limited time in each place, I would not book this tour again or recommend to others.
