We begin this journey doing the international rout N°7 with the imposing view of the Potrerillos Dam. The next point on the route will be Uspallata; former pre-Hispanic settlement of aboriginal Huarpe people and now current head village of this mountain route. From this point, the southernmost of the Inca Empire, we go to the villages of Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the former Penitentes ski resort.

Further along our rout, we’ll come to Puente del Inca, a unique natural rock formation, surrounded by thermal springs, that looks like a bridge over Las Cuevas River. A few kilometers away, located at 2750 m, is the viewponit of the Colossus of the Americas, which with its 6962 m, receives visitors from all over the worldwho wants to reach its summit.

Finally we will arrive at Las Cuevas villa, located at 3200 m. to have our lunch and tour one of the authentic villages of our country.

An unforgettable experience!
The work team that Fede and Robert make is very good, the trips between stops are short due to the good energy they put into it with music and the tourist guide.
The food on board is appropriate. Breakfast with coffee and croissants looking at Lake Potrerillos, Water, Nuts and so on!

A 10!

I ended this trip for my wife and I in shock. We had a trip scheduled to a place that suffered a disaster and we had to postpone and redo our honeymoon in two days.

We didn't research much about environmental tourism in Mendoza, we were kind of lucky and what luck, in my opinion we were blessed by God with this tour.

I don't know where to start, but from the beginning, the girl who closes the mountain tour is called Martina and she is incredible, attentive, concerned and very polite.

I took the tour from the top of the Mountain with the guide Fere and the driver Roberto. Both in a good mood, always attentive to questions and always willing to answer and resolve any doubts.

Furthermore, the ride takes the air out of everyone. They are wonderful landscapes and always with a lot of explanation, however, it is not boring, it is nice to learn about and also hear the reason for each little thing.

Finally, lunch near the border with Chile is delicious!

And about the landscapes and trail, the photos cannot explain or express.

Ps: We were still lucky enough to get a snowfall, it was beautiful.

Comfortable bus, very experienced and communicative guide and the landscape is wonderful. The negative point is the constant attempt to sell everything at each stop.
Lunch is announced at the beginning of the trip as being something sensational and in fact it is average to bad. It's not worth the price paid. Better to take sandwiches.
They should also inform the reserve about the cold and strong winds. The temperature on the day we went reached -6 °C and we had to buy additional clothing.
It's a good idea to bring gloves, a scarf, a hat and windproof clothing.

The tour is exactly as described. However, "seeing aconcagua" is frustrating because you really just have to see it from afar. If you want to see it up close, it's another tour and you need to buy a ticket to enter.
Lunch at the end of the tour is extremely simple, like PF. The day I went, lunch was meatballs, pasta, tripe and salad.
Unfortunately on the way back we had a problem with the vehicle's air conditioning but the three stars are not because of that, because this is something that can happen to any car.
The reason for the three stars is that the guide seemed too lazy to talk and the photo in the ad is not the reality of the ad. This photo of the aconcagua that appears in the ad is as if it had a very large zoom, because we can actually see it very far away.
The rest of the tour is great and is exactly as described.
Some places only accept cash, so it's a good idea to change on Av. San Martin beforehand, in the galleries, with the arbolitos. Lunch accepted by card.
The Puente del Inca for me was the most beautiful. Worth it.

The guides were helpful and attentive.

I visited only Uspallata, it is an excellent place to explore and do adventure tourism. Excellent climate and air for trekking.

Overall it is a nice excursion. Expect to spend lot of time in the bus. Our tour guide Paula was the best so Carlito the driver.
Our coach was noisy and a bit dated.

We started from Ciudad de Mendoza along Route 7, which is in Excellent condition, we passed through Potrerillos and I decided to go directly to Las Cuevas and then return stopping.
The trip to the Caves is 2 hours, it is quite busy since it is the way to the international crossing with Chile.
The Caves are something magical for me since I have visited them many times and I am always surprised by that exit from the great tunnel and finding that Villa is something out of a story.
Its typical mountain houses of varied colors make it very picturesque.
There is the Portal which is the beginning of the old International road to Chile and which in turn leads to Christ which is at 4200 meters above sea level.
I clarify that this road is closed in winter or with snow, as happened to me on this occasion. If you go in summer you can climb it although with many precautions.
On the way back we stopped at Los Horcones which is the entrance to the Aconcagua National Park, the view of the Hill is beautiful and impressive, I was disappointed this time to find that the access to tourism is only about 300 meters, before you were allowed to enter until you passed through quite a bit. but to Laguna Los Horcones, which has a beautiful attraction, but now everything is very limited.
Then stop at Puente del Inca, which has been closed for years due to security issues, although I had the opportunity on previous visits to be able to reach and enter the old Hotel, its thermal pools and be meters from the river.
We continue through this beautiful landscape with several stops for its beautiful views and the impressiveness of seeing the Andes where one looks so tiny in front of such mountains.
We arrived in Uspallata at 3:00 p.m., we walked around it although it is small, we had lunch in a very good pasta place and at 5:00 p.m. we started back but this time along the Camino a los Caracoles.
This road is entirely gravel, the inhospitable nature of the road must be taken into account, as it takes about 3.5 hours to complete.
It is very desolate at that time I only came across 4 vehicles, but I advise you not to miss it.
It is also not advisable to do it when there is snow as it is dangerous.
First you reach Cruz de Paramillo where you have a complete view of the Majestic Andes and then from there begins the descent along the snail route that reaches Villavicencio.
From there the asphalt returns to the City of Mendoza.
It is something that you should NOT miss, I traveled it for the fourth time in my life and even today I continue to feel how beautiful the route is, the silence, the nature of the place.

All three places are beautiful. Imposing Aconcagua, it is something very big. Uspallata and Puente del Inca have their charms and attractions which make the visit very nice.

I haven't had such a good experience in a long time, from the first day of contact trying to coordinate the pickup point that was not on the list, to the moment before getting on the bus. I want to thank Sofía and the customer service team, super attentive making it possible for me to take the tour that we almost lost due to the tornado that canceled our flight, Maira, a genius as a guide, super friendly without exaggerating her role, and Vicente, a boss at the wheel, an excellent trip on one of the busiest routes in the country.

Super recommended
