The tour guide was very difficult to understand. Her accent was very thick and she spoke too fast. I stopped using the audio almost immediately because I could not understand her. It was a long painful 3 hour tour. I would have been better off touring by myself with no guide. A total waste of money. I will not book through viator again because of this painful experience. A total waste of time and money.

We were not given the name of our Tour company and there were multiple at the same spot. It took us a while to find our group. This was stressful. Viator should give a way to know what you are looking for. We went to the spot provided to us on the app and there were multiple groups here. You need photo ID for all members of your group,
Our guide was very nice but her English was not great and she was hard to understand.
It was great to bypass the lines
It would have been nice if our tour guide could tell us stuff aside from what was written on the plaques. Her story telling abilities were lacking and we were rushed through a lot of the stuff.
For the price we paid, I don’t feel this was worth it.

I regularly use Viator and travel frequently. This tour guide was seriously the worst. From the minute the tour began we told her we could not hear her due to static on her line yet she proceeded with the tour so we heard NOTHING of the history of the Roman ruins. Often she left our group continuing on without us OR the other members assigned to our group. Once in the Colloseum she LEFT. We toured the monument by ourselves and handed in our whisper devices at the exit.

The tour was supposed to be for the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. We only visited the Forum and Colosseum and our guide pointed to the Palatine Hill.

Rambling incomprehensible guide. Most of us left tour early, worst tour I’ve ever experienced. Guide had no story telling ability whatsoever- jumped from subject to subject and repeated useless and obvious information.

Was a few minutes late and missed the tour. Sent a message to the tour company and no response. The walk to the meeting point was so long, we could not get there in time.

Book this tour now!!! It was a great experience. The tour guide was very friendly and she had an in-depth knowledge of the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. The skip the line tours are the way to go. Great job!!!!

We were two Australian couples in a group of 20 with Alessandra Flag 11 and she was fantastic. So much knowledge, good English easy to understand and answered all questions asked. I would highly recommend this tour with Alessandra.
