No visit to Bali would be complete without seeing some of the island's many colourful dances. We take you to view 3 of the most famous dances:
- Sanghyang (Trance) Dance is traditionally performed as an exorcism to promote peace and health within a village.
- Kecak (Monkey) Dance, performed by a group of at least 50 men who dance in a circle around a blazing torch.
- Fire Dance, where the dancer becomes entranced and is able to dance on hot coals without feeling pain.

On completion of the performance your guide shall be happy to drop you at one of the many local restaurants close to your hotel- most restaurant will provide you with a complimentary return transfer to your hotel. Please not dinner is not included.

In addition to experiencing the beautiful Balinese dancing through storytelling, we had the opportunity to visit a family compound. The experience was amazing!

An insight into the traditional dance of Bali. The show lasted about an hour. The dance show was very lively and the young girls who dance at the end as well as the man who danced in the fire were spectacular,

Don’t waste your time or money booking this tour - get the ticket when you’re there and enjoy the dance because this tour operator does not deliver! The female tour guide did not even introduce herself. She met us at the entrance, handed us a piece of paper with details of the dance (we could not read it in the dimly lit venue), took a pic of us with a dancer (the dancer takes a pic with anyone who wants one taken so it is not by special arrangement), told us to sit anywhere, pointed to the exit and left. She did not even bother to see if we were comfortably seated or explained the dance to us( our driver did this on the way back to the hotel) or ensured that we left safely. We felt ripped off and I will never use this tour operator again!!!

Great experience. Exciting dance and story. Loved the fire and the Monkey King. The sunset over The Indian Ocean was spectacular and worth the climb. Cool evening breeze. Watch out for the naughty monkeys and keep your valuables close. Highly recommend

What a beautiful Ceremonial dance with a love story to boot. The constant chanting and hypnotic singing coupled with the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. Get seated early as all seats are not numbered so it's first in best dressed. This takes place at the Uluwatu Temple. Dress appropriately (ladies cover up) you will be asked to wear traditional skirt and belt as a sign of respect on top of your clothes. Don't go if you don't want to respect the Indonesian's culture. Be aware that the sunset takes place at exactly the same time as the Kecak fire dance (pronounced Ke-chuck) and the awesome thing is where you are seated you can see both. Loved Loved Loved it.

A really beautiful traditional ceremony. The entire audience was respectful and quiet and the stadium theater is quite unique.

We were picked up from the hotel and the guide insisted on coming early. He had a driver with him which was a bit odd. We ended up waiting for the place to open for at least an hour. The show was different and also a bit scary with the Fire Dance. It was interesting to see.

Oka the guide came to pick me up at the hotel. He even bought some mosquito repellent for me to spread on while watching the kecak dance performed outside. The dance was magnificent and very entertaining.

Oka was very professional. Thank you for a nice evening.
