The destinations are excellent, especially the windmills. The itinerary reflects iconic Netherlands although as expected, on a predominantly tourist route. For that the tour succeeds and is very good value. While our guides did a workmanlike job, just playing canned 'destination tapes' between stops, leading walking from bus to attraction and sometimes back, and making sure everyone is accounted for is not a '5' for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Astrid, was a delight. Her insight about Amsterdam and the area was very enlightening. Frankie, the driver, and Laura, another guide, were also very helpful and pleasant. Be sure to be ready for a long day and lots of walking.

There wasn’t enough room for all to see the demonstrations. The cheese demo could have been more in depth. To show the actually process of the cheese making was expected. Great tour guides. Nice coaches for transportation.

Terrific tour. Guides were good at informing us of the area and directing us from place to place. I would do another tour with Tickets and Tours again.

Absolute total rip off, if you don’t buy the all inclusive tour every stop they hit you up for more money. The guide actually told us if you don’t buy upgrade wait here for bus. When we asked what is there to do where they stopped she said there is nothing to see.THIS TOUR IS A COMPLETE RIPOFf!!!!!!

Stef & Diana were amazing. Mum is on a walker and the driver had a wheelchair and took her everywhere. She could not have done it without him.. Diana was great guide, so friendly and informative.. if you are reading this review to decide if it's worth it...IT IS! :)

The Windmill tour was nice but I lost the group. The bus left without us. Did not get to finish the tour. Will not use Tours and Tickets again.

This is a fantastic trip. We did the all inclusive trip. The visit to the windmill was very interesting as was the clog making demo.
The boat trip from Marken to Volendam was great, it being a nice warm day. Loved the cheese and stroopwaffle demo in Volendam. Both were very tasty.
Our guides, Tony and Miria were fantastic. Great knowledge about the area and good restaurant recommendations in Volendam. There is also an audio commentary on the bus while you drive between each stop.
I would highly recommend this trip while in Amsterdam
