Missold rubbish trip - not what it seems!
Was sold this trip by tourist information ( outside cruise terminal)
Was told we could go any time between 10-4 on any day
Whst they didn’t say is that you need to go to the lovers canal trip office near the station & book a specific time. You can not just turn up anytime between 10-4. Soon gets booked up, we were turned away first day & had to book in fir second day. Lots of people couldn’t get on a boat and therefore lost their money,
The man in the office said this often happens!!
Once we got on the trip, noting, not much info on the audio - waste of time & money!!
Avoid at all cost!

I didn't ride crusine at time. I arrived 20mim before departure at meeting point info but nobody there so I called to contact number but nobody answered.
I'd like to refund.

Our cruise captain made sure to point out the important parts of our journey. We enjoyed this trip! Even in the rain, it was lovely scenery.

We were in a closed boat so our view was not good. The commentary was incomplete and uninspiring. The only enthusiasm from the driver and tour operator was at the end asking for tips. The boat was full so we had to sit with 2 stoners who after finishing their munchies session one of them slept through the cruise whilst the other one took videos of him. I dont recommend

Lights along the route. Seeing the houseboats everyone talks about. We don’t drink so it was nice not paying for drinks
