Rainbow Limo has excellent customer service and they adapt to your needs! I had been communicating with a company in Rome but when I began to get a delay in responses, I reached out to Rainbow who was so friendly, responsive and helpful. She helped me booked it all (Amalfi Coast day trip from Naples and Pompeii/Herculaneum day trip from Naples). She even noticed our train tickets would leave us delayed at the train station and recommended changing times. I can NOT say enough about the amazing, family-like treatment Rainbow Limo has!! We had driver Gaetano, who was born and raised in the area and even used to be a tour bus driver. His humor and knowledge and utmost friendliness made these two day trips AMAZING!!! I seriously can’t say enough good things about this wonderful company!

Our driver Gaetano was awesome! Made the day so much more memorable. Prompt pickup on time and we were off to RAVELLO. From Sorrento the ride there is about 1.5 hours ish because the roads are tight and most vehicles have to take it slow. Gaetano also brought us to an overlook stop above Ravello that was really impressive. Once at Ravello we had ample time to see the gardens. They did not disappoint. Gaetano made several lunch recommendations and the one we picked (Salvatore) did not disappoint for the food and the view (be mindful it’s a $$$$ restaurant). The town is fun to walk around with unique shops not like the other coastal towns. Mid afternoon we headed to Amalfi to walk around there. Just one note that this town is a HEAVY tourist destination with a marina that is bringing in tourists from the boats as well as the increased tourists from land. We did not stay the full amount of time at Amalfi but could have if we wanted to. Great day. Total time for the tour is 8 solid hours depending on the traffic.

What an amazing day we had with Giovanni touring the Amalfi coast. He was an Excellent driver, photographer and knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend Rainbow Limos for your tour and transfer needs. We will use them again

We had a fantastic experience with Rainbow limos service. We used them from Naples to Pompeii and they even booked a wine tour and lunch for us at Mt Vesuvius then drove to Positano. We also used them for our return trip. Service was amazing and right on time. Great communication too.

Even during the planning stage the support was great - we did a private Amalfi tour, so customized the trip. Our driver was on time, attentive, prepared, and professional; the van was spotless and comfortable. We recommend this company, and would contact them if we are in the area again.

Excellent experience from Rainbow Limos. Our driver, Luciano, was excellent and gave us great advice on things to see and places to eat at each of our stops in our Amalfi coast drive. He sent us google pin drops to each of the sites he recommended, as well as restaurants based on our requests. We also used Rainbow limos for pickup at FCO airport, with a stop at Pompeii, on the way to Amalfi coast. Great service and communication all the way through. Luciano even reached out to our hotel and Pompeii tour guide, informing them of some minor delays in our arrival times. Highly recommend!!!

Everything runs smoothly and stress free from the booking process through to pick-up and driving around the Amalfi Coast and beyond. Gaetano was our driver and he was very polite, helpful and an excellent driver and tour guide. He was only too willing to make us happy. We were basically in control of the day and even when we had last minute requests, he obliged us without any question or excuse. He had some superb restaurant and sight recommendations too. When you add up the transport from city to city and the tour, it's very efficient and saves an additional night's accommodation, so well worth the money.
