This is a complete tour on a catamaran to Isla Mujeres where we will spend an incredible day, we will board the Catamaran from our meeting point in the Cancun hotel zone, from there we will sail to Isla Mujeres and on the way we will stop at a reef to snorkel With all the equipment included, then we can make a spinnaker and enjoy an open bar of national drinks on board the catamaran, we will arrive at Isla Mujeres and arrive at our exclusive beach club where we will have all the facilities to relax on the best beach in the area and we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with delicious dishes, at the end we will have time to walk around the island and discover the beauty of this place.

Pay attention to the fine print and the max number of travelers under Additional Info category. When we booked this excursion it showed the maximum travelers was 35 which is why we booked this particular one since we had 16 in our party!! But when we got there they said we were on a boat with a max of 80 people and tried to up sale us to a more private boat of 35 which is what we had booked in the first place! so we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $60/pp to get the boat that we had already paid for!!! SCAM, beware!
And we didn't even get on the boat until 10:30 so we lost 1.5 hours that we never got back because they were stringing us around.
Once we were on and sailing it was good. I was a little disappointed that we only had 2 hours of free time in Insa Mujeres so after their tequila tasting and renting a golf cart, it was time to get back to the boat so we never even saw the beaches. :(
They have since updated the max number of travelers from 35 to 80 so hopefully this won't happen to you.

All staff members on a sailing boat were really friendly and nice to make our experience as nicer as possible but we were disappointed that as per our receipt and ticket information the bus driver suppose to pick us up from the hotel, nobody came to pick us up and we were lucky to rent a car and drive to marina port ourselves. So we were clearly instructed there will be a pick up from the hotel but factually the tour operator told us we have to make our own way and find a car
