This tour is a private tour. On this tour you will see all aspects of Niagara on the US side, and have your own personal guide. you will not be with any other groups, many times Tour Companies like to get as many people on a bus to make as much money as possible, with this tour you will get your own guide, who will cater to you and only you. You will have no issues hearing the guide as you learn about Niagara Falls nor will you have to deal with that annoying person who doesn't follow directions too well.
When you go on tour you should have a great time and we promise you we will deliver and you will not be disappointed. For the custom tour you do pay a little more but we will make sure it is worth it!!

I can't recommend this tour more highly which may be unusual because I never got to take it.
There was a miscommunication on the meeting area and by the time I figured it out, it was too late and we had to cancel.
Our tour guide, David did everything possible to make it happen, but it did not work out.
Not only did David apologize for the misunderstanding, but he immediately informed me that my tour cost would be refunded.
Then he went the extra mile. He sent me a complete itinerary of the tour stops that he was using. Parking information, directions, everything.
He basically guided my tour without actually being my guide.
This took a lot of extra effort on his part that was unnecessary but so gratefully appreciated.
My tour costs were totally refunded.
You don't often find operators as customer friendly as David.
Book with confidence. You will be happy you did.

Peter was an excellent tour guide! We took our service dog on the tour and Peter was great with him. Will definitely book again if I’m ever back in the area. Would love to tour the Canadian side next time.

Peter was sooo informative and entertaining. We had issues with our rental car and he was very accommodating. David called me back ahead of the trip to coordinate a meeting place. Great company and tons of experience.

David did a wonderful tour. He made it work well for us with tweaks to the tour as we went to add time where we had more interest and he explained the details that caught our attention. He never embellished beyond what he knew (which we appreciated a lot). He was great, and we would highly recommend this private tour.

Were only 3 on that day. Of course we had all the time to chit chat every particular details about Niagara. Our tour guide David knows exactly the history. And one thing that caught my attention was his versatality and his awesome knowledge and the rich culture of Niagara and what we had today.
It was really wonferdul and fun experience. Surely i will bring this captivating experience back home in San Franciso, CA sharing with my friends, at work, relatives and family.

What an awesome guide! We had a limo bus that provided plenty of room for our group of 11. He even brought along water and sodas. Dave made us feel right at home from pick up at our hotel until the last moment when he dropped us off. He had a well planned tour for us and it went off with no glitches. Dave gave us the inside scoop on how to get through the lines quickly without missing any part of the experience. His knowledge of the area and it’s history provided us with information we would otherwise have been without. He allowed plenty of time for photos without rushing us to the next stop. I highly recommended his private tour!! It was worth the price we paid and more.

I highly recommend David for this tour, he makes you feel like we were part of the family ;it was really professional ;if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t enjoy the tour like we would. He really wanted us to feel like we were home around a place that we’ve never been too.He wanted us to have an awesome time!,and took us to places that were not even in the tour package.I’m glad David knew the place like his back hand.He wanted us to have a once in a life time experience. We have taken a lot of tours in different places and cities and he really stood out from all the tour guides we’ve experienced.
