Our guide on the bus was nice but her English was a little hard to understand. The tour of Albaicin was awful due to the rain (not the guide’s fault) but many of us wished we could skip it and find somewhere inside. The restaurant where we had lunch was very good and fortunately, the rain stopped for our tour of Alhambra. We were placed in a French and English tour with Consuela, and she was outstanding. It was a long day but well worth it.

My main motivation to join the tour was to see Alhambra because all the regular tickets were sold out. But I’m happy I joined the tour. Driss was a very good and friendly leader. Unfortunately, the other guide at Alhambra was very hard to understand because he was mumbling into his microphone. It would have been better with an automatic audio guide.

Ismael was a great guide. Informative, funny, and made the 3.5hrs walking tour fun. After check-in at the travel office then it’s off to the Seville Cathedral and the Giralda Tower. There is an option to climb the tower via ramps (not steps) to get to the top. Only went up a few but went back down again due to my asthma. After the tower is a tour inside the actual cathedral. There’s a few minutes break for bathroom and quick snack then it’s off to the Alcazar. It’s quite a big area to cover but Ismael was very entertaining and tried to keep the group going. Lovely tour, lots of walking but kept very lively and interesting by the guide.

Our guide was very upbeat, bus nice, but as I was about to disembark I was told that I would not be continuing with the group. After a long bus ride, I would be viewing the Alhambra 2 hours later. There were 8 of us out of about 40. We would not be taking the same bus back, would arrive back in Seville very late. Guide said he was unhappy and surprised, but at desk they said this often happens. No attempt of trying to reach us with this information or compensate. My reservation was made 15 days in advance, paid in full.

They did a good job. Everything was on schedule. We got 1 hour free time in Albacin and headed to Alhambra that the tour started at 3pm. The reason giving 3 star is that three hours in Alhambra was not enough. I just felt rush. The tour guide is very knowledgeable but speaks too fast. There were too much information to get and too much places to see in three hours. If time is allowed, I’d suggest to stay one or two nights in Granada. If not, then Viator would be the best choice for this tour.

The official tour guide from the Alhambra was excellent.
The bus was late and there were not enough seats, and our group was separated. The stop at the truck stop on the way back to Seville was unnecessary, and made our return arrival time later.

Tour was amazing, sharp time pickup at the suggested location, bus driver Jen and guide Manuel both were amazing, Manuel did great job explaining full history in details in the bus before we reach Granada. Bus was super and equipped with usb charger , ac/heat and other features. 20 minutes breaks were also given for food, use toilets etc on each way in ti a nice highway restaurant rest area. Granada guided tour to gardens and Nasrid palaces was amazing. Lunch break during Albycin walking tour was great, 5 stars to Manuel
