Dani, our guide was brilliant. He tracked us down when we waited in the wrong place at the port, and kept the whole bus engaged throughout the tour.
The weather was pretty bad that day so it wasn’t the best for seeing the views, but we learned a lot, saw some interesting places and had a couple of nice cafe stops!
The Sunnmøre museum was really interesting and my husband particularly enjoyed the lighthouse.

Able to get around the area and understand the culture museum was great really enjoyed it. Light house and cafe there was nice as well

I just found the tour a little dull with not too many highlights. The guide was OK but his English was a little poor. This was organised privately but many on the tour booked through the ship

Fairly complete Alesund tour. Booked expressly in Italian, but a week before we were informed that the excursion would be done in English/German. Obviously, given that date, there were no more alternatives and we adapted. However, we were 6 Italians on a bus that wasn't even full, so they could have included a multilingual guide, especially since our guide (Peter) spoke very fast English as a native speaker and therefore a lot was lost.

Nice excursion with a very friendly guide (Italian, Sylvia?), who spoke very clear and good English. She told us a lot about the various sights along the way in a fun way.
