Wow, absolutely worth every penny! 7 different checkpoints that this service will get you through in less than 30 minutes! I would have possibly missed my flight if it wasn't for them. Clarivel was my handler and she was freaking amazing, and she was beautiful too! ❤️

Viator sid not coordinate our reservation with Aruba First class so no one was there in Aruba to greet us for our departure flight. Fortunately, an employee of Aruba first class contacted the office to have someone come out and greet us while we had already started checking our bags in. From that point the service was useful to get through the long lines but due to the mix up in the beginning, it was a bit lacking in a true First Class experience, especially for the price.

I wish I could give this service more than five stars! I’ve used them with both friends and family multiple times. They are outstanding; makes the airport experience exponentially faster and easier. The lines in Aruba’s airport can be extremely long, and First Class eliminates the waiting times.

Always friendly staff, always a pleasure to work with them. Love this company.

This service was worth every penny. We flew out of Aruba on a very busy Saturday in December and were able to easily navigate the airport with our VIP agent and get through security and customs in a stress free way. The lounge was comfortable but our main objective was to get through the lines quickly and avoid departure day stress. In Aruba you clear US customs before you depart so the the process is very lengthy, with First Class Aruba we checked into flight and were through all lines and security check points in about 25 minutes.

This is an amazing company and we use them for both incoming and outgoing flights. They meet you at either the door into the airport (outgoing) or at the end of the ramp (incoming) when you come off. They take you to the front of ALL lines and takes care of your luggage. They are not able to get you though US Customs though. Global Entry will help with that. Jelly took care of us this last time and she is great. She's knowledgable on procedures, incredibly friendly, kind and patient. Would not dream of going to Aruba without using VIP Aruba and hopefully able to get Jelly.

Being warmly greeted upon entry into the airport was just the beginning of a great experience. The entire process of going through the customs process twice was simplified.

I just read a review from six years ago on departing Aruba....The reviewer said it was terrible and it has not changed. For me it was worst than terrible. Be prepared for at least 2 plus hours to get through 2 security lines and customs. I am 74 and traveled over 2 million miles so I have been through a few departures around the world and Aruba takes the cake. I am a disabled Marine with a brace. The lines are jam packed and no one knows what is going on. I have TSA, Clear, and global entry. I was told none of them matter... I had to remove my brace and shoes 2 times. The people working are very rude. They asked me how old I was my response was 74 yrs old and I have a brace, their response take them off. I asked how old you have to be to not take shoes off. Response 75. The next check told me I had to be 80...I lied and told them I was 75. I can not say enough about this terrible situation in Aruba, We will not be going back. They do offer a service to skip the line for $250.00/ per couple. Talk about corruption. Traveler Beware. This is a major problem, not just for disabled but for everyone.

I booked the Jet Blue Vacations Package and the option to add Fast Track Departure was listed. I opted only for the Fast Track VIP First Class Service Arrival because I wanted to maximize my time on the island so didn’t want to be held back, and I must say the experience was phenomenal, all I remember was smiles, smiles and more smiles and warmth as I came off the escalator. “Welcome to Aruba!”

I also read reviews about how terrible and a huge inconvenience the airport departure situation is, but I refused to believe it was as bad as so many people write. Anyway, a day before my return home. I decided to look at the reviews again and said too many people have the same experience so there must be some validity to what they have written. Luckily for me it was more than 24hours before my departure. I called Jet Blue Vacations and told them I wanted to add the fast track departure and they arranged it for me.

I was thankful that I booked the experience as when I arrived to the airport, early as I usually do and to think I almost requested for a later pick up by De Palm Express Tours (Amazing Tours Offered, will write about those later). However, it was a good thing I stuck with the 3 hours before pick up scheduled for me because on arrival to the airport I was met by Jely, my First Class Fast Track Departure Hostess with the Mostess ? who was also very Beautiful like Gianely… the First Class Arrival Hostess. They both exuded such warmth and Grace! Assets to the Company!

Anyway Jely had my name on a tablet…as I entered the airport door she greeted me, escorted me to the Mosaic/Mint/VIP Check In for Jet Blue and advised me to have documents ready, as I usually do but she basically gave me directives as to the many steps to take. I asked her to email me them as well so I can list in the review, but yet to receive it so decided to write what I remember.
After we completed check in on the inside, and dropped the bag or so I thought because later she mentioned we had to re collect and drop the check bag again! ??‍♀️??‍♀️. She also mentioned some peoples bags have been left in Aruba because people are unaware that hey have to retrieve their luggage and drop them again. After check in with JB Agent, we had to walk on the outside of the airport past a long line of passengers waiting to get in to the departure lounge . We bypassed them on the outskirts, a security officer checked my documents and allowed me to enter. We then walked past people on the inside waiting again. We walked in the outer line- a special line and had to screen the carry on via Aruban Authorities. No TSA pre here so shoes, belts everything had to come off. But long and short we had to go through Aruban and USA customs… Again I was fortunate to have Global Entry so that sped up the process a bit with US Immigration/Customs.

However, throughout this entire process Jely guided me as to when to have my documents out, the next steps and she also asked to carry my luggage. Something I am not used to to as I am very Independent and used to hauling it myself, but hey I paid for the service and truly deserved a break. So was thankful I decided last minute to book it. After we cleared everything she asked if I wanted to buy Duty Free Items. I purchased a few, again Jely offered to wait with me until the items arrived. She escorted me to the VIP Lounge, which takes Priority Pass so I could have paid less for the VIP service. So take note if you have Priority Pass exclude the Lounge in your VIP Fast Track Departure as you can use your priority pass to stay in the VIP Lounge until your flight is ready. Jely also informed me to watch the monitor for my flight as they don’t announce it in the VIP Lounge. She also looked around in the Lounge for a suitable seating area for me. She found one and signaled to me to come on in, but she was going to clear the area that wasn’t cleared by the staff of the Lounge. I mean Jely left no stones unturned. As mentioned before a true asset to the First Class VIP Experience. Jely was thorough, professional, yet amicable and very knowledgeable about the process. She exuded beauty inside and out. I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did to make my Departure literally smooth sailing, well flying in this case lol. ? She is a TOP Class Hostess!
As I write I am still in awe at the airport set up, there really needs to be something done because imagine after enjoying your vacation to end it with Aruba Airport Stress defeats the purpose of going on a vacation for Rest & Relaxation.
If you can afford it add it to your Vacation Package or book it directly, think it’s cheaper that way!

Our guide Gerard was extremely helpful. He not only helped us skip four (!) very long post-Thanksgiving lines, but also explained each step of the way so that we never felt lost. He helped us download and quickly fill out the MPC app (as we do not have Global Entry); this greatly expedited the US immigration procedure, the one of two barriers that the First Class Experience Aruba cannot skirt on its own (the other one is the airline check-in - but if you check in online, the line to baggage drop tends to be much shorter than the line to check in, at least with JetBlue). At the end, he checked and led us to the one of two VIP lounges that was less busy. And he did it all with finesse and humor. We believe the money we paid for the service was certainly worth the avoided stress at the tail end of a great vacation.

It was a problem getting th car for pickup they kept telling me I only had VIP hostess service which was not true I had both It was a hassle coming and going to get the service I paid for bot times I had to screen shot my payment from my credit card and send it via email..Very disorganized
When we went to the VIP room at the airport it was closed we waited over 30 min and said forget it We paid for that service and never used it
I wasn't happy at all this time.in the past it was great
