Booked service online for one of my clients. The driver was tracking my clients flight, but she was unable to book the travel due to the fact that her flight kept changing. She was told a refund would be issued, but it was never received.

We need roundtrip airport transfer from Montego Bay to our resort and chose this via Viator. Shamar met us at the airport and was very nice. He offered to take us to a store or anywhere else before taking us to our resort, which was great. We forgot when he was taking us back to the airport and he responded to my message within one minute. Highly recommend!

They were waiting for my friend and I at the airport upon our arrival and we had a smooth trip to our hotel! We did have a mix up when leaving, however it was due to a dispatch error, and they were so apologetic and quickly rectified the issue. They gave me a refund for that leg of the trip immediately, without me having to ask.
