From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

Our driver was great and told us some history of the Island and plaexperience.
The company y was so great. We had a long wait after we got our luggage and they were very kind and told us not to worry that they will pick us up when we were ready.

Easy airport shuttle service - not a long ride... but there wasn't really any communication from the staff before the flight. I made a quick phone call when I was at baggage claim, was told to walk outside at a certain area and just wait - but it wasn't totally clear what I was waiting for or how long it would take. But in the end, it all worked out! The AC was on high so it was dripping down onto the seats XD

Trying to get someone to talk to about our tours is a horrible experience. Since you are a 3rd party that books tours we have no number to contact you or the place for questions.

It was just a ride from the airport! What is there to say? Pick up and drop off was easy. Driver didn’t say much.

Horrible! They never came and didn’t refund our money. We got offer no help at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

Pick up was 40 minutes late, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Great cost-effective way to get to Waikiki from airport. Driver was friendly and pointed out areas of interest. Helped us load and unload bags. Also directed us to main desk for the Hilton Hawaiian village.

The trip was good, trying to find the location to meet the shuttle wasn’t easy. Perhaps better directions upon arrival where to meet shuttle. I did receive a call from you after a while which was helpful.

Left waiting over half an hour had to get someone to phone them up to pick us up. Had no telephone connection . So really bad to be waiting all this time. Pickup was supposed to be at 8 pm. Waited 45 mins.not good after a long plane journey

Arrived at Honolulu International Airport, collected our luggage, then we called Fly Shuttle to take us to our destination in Waikiki. The shuttle arrived about 15 mins later. The driver was very polite
