From Honolulu International Airport to Waikiki. Infants under 2 year old is free when they are held by an adult. Car seat is not a requirement but is recommended, once infant occupies a seat with the baby seat adult fee is applied.

My wife and I have been coming to Honolulu for years. But this was the best shuttle service we’ve received.
Why? Because there wasn’t one time that a shuttle service came to the baggage claim
Called out our name then with a cart and helped us with our luggage.
Then, the driver was owesome!!!
He conversed with us about all kinds of topics.

We got to ride in a Cadillac.We were supposed to be picked up at 6:00pm, we were not picked up till about 7:00pm.

A real helpful guy texted us to let us know he was at the luggage claim area right after our plane landed. He met us and helped us with our bags and then led us out to the pickup area. The shuttle driver was also vey helpful and got us to our hotel promptly. You are lucky to have both of these guys working for you.

Called for pickup when i collected my bags and got simple directions to waiting area. Shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Driver was great and courteous. Definitely recommend ??

All this nonsense of calling when you get your luggage only to wait OVER an hour!! Did call several times in that hour to no avail. Unfortunately I had so little faith in this company to be prompt on the return, I didn’t use them for the return trip.

The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave us ideas of things to do on the Island. The van was clean with a lot if room for everything.

Everything went well. The driver picked us up in good time. We enjoyed visiting with him on the way to the hotel. He was a good driver. It was a good experience so we also booked a reservation from the hotel back to the airport.

The driver (didn't catch his name) was very helpful. A last minute passenger talked the driver into waiting "no more than a minute" for his sister, coming from a different flight and airline. More than 5 minutes passed, the driver tried to accommodate him but when he tried to tell the passenger that he had to stay on schedule, the passenger said "Hey, we (his company?) work with you guys all the time." It wasn't really an inconvenience time-wise, but one customer took advantage of the driver's effort to get out of the airport as scheduled. But service was otherwise good.
